A nice hotel, very central, 5 mins walk from Trevi fountain. The service was perfect, the staff very gentle and nice (special thanks to Paolo who was just great with us)!!. I will suggest this very typical Italian hotel, however make sure to be in the hotel and not in the annexe which is in another building.

Stayed at the Barocco Hotel for 2 mights and could not have been happier. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and spacious (for Italy). We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (included) and even have a tray of assorted food left in our room the last night (since we were leaving early and would miss the breakfast). Great attitude... More

After 11 days in Italy, this was our fourth hotel and I am so glad we saved the best for last. We had been dealing with hard beds, thin walls and noisy neighbors in hotels with great TripAdvisor ratings, so were a bit discouraged until we got to Rome and the absolutely amazing Barocco. From the moment we arrived until... More

Great Boutique Hotel in Rome. Recently renovated. Excellent location. A fruit basket was waiting for us in our room. Easy access to the metro station. You can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, Fontana de Trevi, Pantheon, the Coliseum. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in this fabulously friendly hotel in Rome. The staff can't do enough to help you and organised a small drinks in bar one evening which was great for meeting and chatting to other guests. Little touches like fruit in the bedroom on arrival, wine and chocolates were much appreciated. There was... More

We were warmly greeted by the staff and shown to our room where a basket of fruit was waiting for us. The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The next day we had cookies waiting for us. We were given great restaurant recommendations. The location is close to the Spanish steps and within walking distance to all... More

We came back after a family trip in 2013 to enjoy this service again...it is still surprising to have everyone focused on your Rome holiday. So many sites - Pantheon, Steps, Trevi are a short walk away...others within a short cab ride. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious and the bartender is always available.

We spent three wonderful nights at this hotel. Service was excellent: restaurant reservations, directions, a very nice breakfast and bar service after a long day. Room was very nice. From this hotel we were able to walk to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, forum and coliseum as well as the Borgese Museum.

We recently spent five nights at the Barocco Hotel in Rome. It is a wonderful, small hotel. We had a suite which was lovely. It had a bedroom, sitting area, one full bathroom and one half bath. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Every day when we returned they would ask what we had seen and done... More
