The staff at Barocco Hotel are very friendly, patient and understanding. Excellent location with Trevi Fountain and The Spanish Steps within walking distance. On several occasions, we were given directions to points of interest and restaurants. Very clean rooms with fruit and treats in each room daily.

We chose Barocco because of it's smaller size and more intimate feel, also the central location. We were not disappointed! The bed was the most comfortable of our almost 3 week trip and the room was quiet despite being in the center of so much activity. The bonus was the deep soaking tub!

My Mother partner and I stayed here over New Year. The location is perfect and the rooms, a deluxe and standard, were great. The hotel's staff were very good and when a waitress was rude to us when we tried to find a breakfast table. the manager handled it straight away. The breakfast area and bar are a little cramped,... This hotel is a hidden gem, no big facade or signage, very discrete. But, inside it a beautiful boutique hotel decorated in the traditional Italian style. The service throughout was friendly, helpful and efficient. From the reception to wait staff they should all be congratulated on their attention and service. We requested the Deluxe room in the annex two doors... More

We went to Rome after a couple of weeks in Greece and I wasn't expecting much. What a wonderful surprise! Rarely does one find a small hotel with this level of service. Fantastic breakfast. This is a wonderful place, made so by the people who go above and beyond in their attention to detail and level of service - truly... More

The location was ideal...We rode a train from the airport to the square and came up a set of stairs and rolled our luggage to the door of the hotel. The outside walls must have been a foot thick. The staff was well dressed and professional. Besides being in a superb location, steps from the Trevi Fountain, the finishes, architecture,... More

We stayed for 6 nights in August having found this hotel through tripadvisor. Prior to arrival the hotel the communication with the hotel was great - they organized a taxi to pick us up from the airport. On arriving at the hotel I was slightly alarmed as it is in a small laneway and one would hardly notice the entrance.... More

Stayed at Hotel Barocco three years ago and decided to stay again this year. We took advantage of their pre-cruise package. There were four of us (2 adults; 2 children). The rooms were great and the hotel staff is fantastic. Our room overlooked the fountain. The Hotel is located in a terrific spot. We walked to the Trevi Fountain, the... More
