This small, boutique hotel in the heart of Rome offered us outstanding service and accommodations. The room itself was small, but beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and also gave us the opportunity to order hot egg dishes. The last evening the staff brought in a classical guitar player for a beautiful evening of music. The staff spoke excellent... More

We recently stayed at the Barocco Hotel in Rome and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel staff goes over and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. It's the experience in Rome that you are looking for in a hotel. It's quiet but actually located on a very busy Piazza. It is so centrally located to... More

We stayed at the Barocco Hotel for two nights at the end of a walking holiday in Tuscany and Umbria. From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given offers of advice for sights around Rome and restaurants. We had been to Rome on a number of occasions but took the Hotel up on their restaurant recommendation and... More

The hotel couldn't have been nicer. The appointments in the room and the bathroom were excellent. The included breakfast was great with a large variety fruits, sweets, breads, cheeses, and made to order egg dishes or omelets, all served on tables with linen tablecloths and napkins. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit in our room and bathrobes with... More

This was our 4th stay at the Barocco but the first in several years. Since we were last there the hotel has been renovated to yet a higher standard than its very good status of the past. The location is perfect and close to many of the places you will want to visit. I cannot imagine that there is a... More

We spent our last night in Rome and the Barocco Hotel was incredible. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in in Rome over three or four trips. Even though we only were there for one night the staff couldn't have been more gracious, accommodating or friendly, giving us excellent recommendations. There were numerous extras we didn't expect. The room was... More

Brilliant hotel! My 2nd stay here and everything is 1st class. They even left me a bottle of Prosecco on ice with petit four biscuits for my birthday on returning to my room later that day. Breakfast includes eggs/bacon freshly cooked to order and an excellent choice of fruit, pastries, cereal and cold cuts meat, cheeses etc. Love Rome it's... More

We stayed at the Baracco Hotel for one night at the end of a 3 week trip to Europe to celebrate our 35 th wedding anniversary. We thought our last night would be a bit disappointing with our trip coming to an end and having only one night to spend in Rome. We were wrong! We had enjoyed our hotel... More

This place did more for us before we landed than any hotel that I have ever stayed had...... Need a car sir? Booked. Need a tour guide? Booked. Champagne free of charge in your beautiful room, commentary sir. This hotel is 5 mins from the Spanish steps and very well appointed.

We have just returned from 5 wonderful nights in Rome – and as always, we used tripadvisor to meticulously research hotels. This lead us to Hotel Barocco. Believe every positive statement past reviewers have made about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt well cared for and welcomed. Hotel Barocco is a haven on a tiny side street... More
