You could easily walk past the Barocco as the entrance is in a small cobbled street - if you did walk past then it would be a huge mistake. Inside this unassuming exterior is a beautiful haven of tranquillity. The management team, reception and all of the staff deliver outstanding service which is efficient, thoughtful, helpful and incredibly friendly. The... More

Just came back from Rome after spending 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. Everything about this hotel is just perfect. The location is very good with a minute walk to public transport. The room was not only clean and spacious but also had a personal touch such has hand picked flowers and a welcome note. Breakfast was excellent with a... More

The room was clean, though the bed is not the most comfortable I've slept in, since the mattress felt like it was a foam mattress - but this is down to personal preference. Good location, easy access to main sites and public transport links. Breakfast is excellent, with not only an extensive spread of high quality cheeses, cured meats, vegetables... More

Just returned from a 2-night stay at this fabulous hotel just off the Piazza Barberini. We were celebrating a 40th birthday so chose Room 49, the 'Light and Sight' suite which has a balcony overlooking the Piazza / fountain - perfect for a special occasion; it's a clean, spacious, well appointed room and we were impressed by the attention to... This hotel has a great location on a small side street near a plaza. The staff was quite friendly and very accommodating. I would not ask them for restaurant suggestions since they only know the touristy places. It's an easy walk to many areas of Rome and near a cab stand. Room 13 is small with poor lighting and a... There is little to say about this hotel that others have not already said, but I will try. My husband and I were in room 19 facing the fountain. Although it was busy and noisy outside, we heard nothing because the windows were double paned inside another set of double paned windows. We could walk to the Spanish Steps, the... More

This is a very nice hotel, in a good situation. My daughter and I had two rooms on the sixth floor, they were comfortable especially the beds, large towels, robes, welcome bowl of fruit on arrival and some sweet biscuits on the last night. I would have loved a balcony or a view but as it is November it is... More

We spent 2 nights in this small, but expensive hotel. The room had walls with 2 layers of marble, a fancy bathroom (all marble), and a terrace. There was a fruit basket to welcome us. We had a quiet room facing the inner courtyard. The breakfast was superb, with everything one could want. You could even order omelettes of any... More

My husband and I stayed for five nights, and would happily return and will recommend the hotel to friends. The hotel has old world charm along with completely modern conveniences--beautiful room and bathroom, super location, and a kind and accommodating staff. And the breakfasts--wow!--fabulous pastries, fresh OJ, and much much more, including made-to-order omelets or whatever you would like. This... More

We stayed here in July, from 13th - 17th. I chose it due to reviews and it met expectations. Staff were great, helpful, friendly and polite from check in. Booked excursions for us late one night for the next morning. I had my 50th birthday whilst there. Surprised with a cake with candle at breakfast. Came in that night and... More
