If you are looking for a boutique hotel with grace, charm and a staff of friendly professional people, you've found it! Our 5 night stay was lovely. Daniella a 'trainee' (one only hopes she stays until our next visit- was incredible). From the bellman to the manager- delightful! The breakfast room staff was excellent- warm, welcoming, no request is an... More

Hotel Barocco is an absolutely wonderful pace to stay while in Rome. A perfect location within walking distance to almost any location. Our room was a suite which was very impressive and large, with a very comfortable king size bed, a sitting area with a settee and desk area with a wonderful walk in closet, and a large bathroom with... Cannot falter the hotel. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfasts were great. Staff professional. Overall great experience. I would not however go with the hotel's restaurant recommendation as we were very disappointed by the service and food we received there. Restaurant was called Antica Trattoria Tritone. There are far better restaurants in Rome so don't get caught out!

We can not fault the Barocco Hotel, the staff were very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful offering excellent advice on restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room was perfect for what we needed, clean, comfortable, modern and there was some lovely touches like fruit on arrival, sweets the night before we left. The Breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh... More

I couldn't make a better choice for location and value. The room was very small, but large bed very comfortable, and very quiet, in the midst of a bustling city. I spent one night and came back 5 days later, front desk honored my request, and gave me back exact same room, there was a little fruit plate on arrival... More

The true strength of this hotel are the people that work there. From our friend Raphael the bartender to everybody on the front desk. Reservations no problem, suggestions no problems, need change...no problem. Warm friendly and always with a smile. The room we had was typical in size very clean and well appointed. The bed very comfortable. The location is... More

We stayed at the Barocco Hotel in May 2013 and it was an excellent stay. It's a cosy and very welcoming boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, suggested some really nice real Italien restaurants, and really managed to make us feel special. Breakfast was very good and you could choose almost anything you wanted. Again very cosy... More

From the moment we stepped through the doors we were in heaven. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the recommendation for lunch on our first day was excellent and only 5 minutes easy stroll away. We were given a map of the city and explanations of where things were. Offers were also made to book trips or restaurants. We... More

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Barocco Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, it was 8:30 a.m. Rome time (2:30 a.m. our body time) and needless to say we were very tired from travelling. The hotel had arranged a driver for us from the airport. It was so nice to land, get our... More

Exceptionally helpful staff made our recent stay at Barocco Hotel extra special. Our room was spacious and very clean with a wonderfully comfortable bed - welcome after a long day of site-seeing. The breakfast was delicious and unlike may hotels with breakfast included, you could order eggs made to your own liking at no additional cost. A great location within... More
