We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, which was lovely. The room had a small outdoor courtyard, but none of the rooms or courtyard had a view of anything but walls etc. Breakfast buffet downstairs was great, and offered a cooked egg service which was fantastic. We utilised the offer of the hotel to organise a transfer to the airport... More

There simply are no negatives to post with respect to our experience at the Barocco. Our stay there was exceptional in every regard...spotless room; attentive, pleasant and helpful staff; great location; excellent breakfast buffet. We'll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rome.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with bookings and dealing with enquiries. Good location for getting to the main sights in Rome. Rooms clean, comfortable and well soundproofed. My room overlooked the very busy Piazza and nothing much in the way of noise got through. Decor... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in August, having been here previously 16 years ago. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts delicious and abundant, the location ideal for walking, taking the Metro or taking the train, and the room was very nice and comfortable. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in the 'light and bright suite' for 4 nights and had a great stay. The staff is friendly , polite, helpful with restaurant reservations, and locating anything we needed. A great location near the Spanish steps, Pantheon and wonderful restaurants.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September prior to our Carribean Cruise. We selected it because of its proximity to several of Rome's attractions: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps, to name a few. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are very lovely and quite comfortable, with all... More

Excellent service, perfect for single travellers like ourselves. The bedding was changed every day and care was taken to keep the bathroom clean. The bathroom had excellent, modern, white fittings and plenty of hot water at all times. The rooms although small are well appointed with fresh fruit on arrival and slippers, bathrobe etc. There is a mini-bar and a... More

Reasonable Hotel, small 44 rooms. clean, personal staff. The actual room size was good. The breakfast was very good. Well located and reasonable for Rome. The only negative is the bath shower which has a very high step in and out. You must be very caeful otherwise I would give it very high marks.

This is a great hotel with excellent service and staff. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the Barberini Metro stop. There are many good restaurants near this hotel and main attractions like spanish steps and Trevi Fountain are within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again.

We stayed here at the beginning and the end of the Italy portion of our trip. The staff are superb, the room in the annex was nice, the second room in the hotel was outstanding. Typical European hotel with small rooms, but they haven't forgotten a single feature both in the room and in the bathroom. And the breakfast that... More
