Small hotel, very tiny lobby and elevator but helpful and warm staff made this hotel a great base to discover rome. They made restaurant reservations for us everyday and wrote each one down with addresses so we can show taxi drivers. They even have nightly turn down service, which is rare these days. One day when we had to leave... More

Great location within easy walking distance of most of Rome's main attractions Piazza de Spagna, Trevi fountain (although it was being repaired), Santa Maria Majorie and Piazza Barberini Via Nationale and Garibaldi Monument etc.. Friendly attentive staff and breakfast choices to please the most discerning palate. Room was small but very comfortable bedding and fresh fruit platter on arrival was... More

We have just returned from Rome having stayed at the fabulous Hotel Barocco. The location is spot on, walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the Metro just across the way. The staff were very warm, welcoming and very helpful. We had a lovely room with a balcony which was immaculately clean and it was nice... More

Hotel Barocco was such a relaxing location after a long day of touring and walking everywhere in Rome. The breakfast each morning included both hot and cold options and was elaborate, delicious, and filling. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was world class. And, being walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the shopping distract was very convenient. The... More

My wife and I went to this hotel based on reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com and I can say that it was a great pleasure being there. The location is perfect, very close to the main must-see attractions of Rome. Basically you can do everything walking. If you prefer you can take the metro or taxi that are just across... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the beginning of August before embarking on a cruise. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Our bed was huge and might be the most comfortable hotel bed I have EVER slept in! Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. We were also very happy with the location.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights for our first time in rome, after reading all the good reviews on trip advisor we had pretty high expectations and they were definitely met. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked, maps, directions, local information, taxis, they even brought us coffee/tea to our room although room service... More
