My husband and I stayed in this hotel in July. It is really well situated in the city, close to the metro, restaurants and sights. We stayed there on 2 occasions, first time the room was dated, however the 2nd time we got room 108 and it was lovely, a bit more up to date and very spacious. Lovely hotel,... More

Good location, but I can't see how this is a four star hotel. Needs a major overhaul. Carpets in halls were musty. Rooms were very tired and yesteryear. Front desk staff were not very accommodating, Bathroom was big and decent. Breakfast included but fair, not great.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous occasion for the simple fact that I truly love the location and charming little street where it is located. The hotel is surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the Spanish steps area, and since it is on the superior level of the steps the restaurants are not nearly as touristic and... More

Booked the hotel as part of the deal and thought it will be a classic centrally located hotel. Well, I couldn't be more wrong! The hotel is indeed centrally located for all the important sites in Rome, just a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini one one side and the Spanish steps on the other. The room we got (108) was... Great little hotel, nice to have that B&B feeling and enjoy a central location. Right in town and not too long a walk to main attractions, like the coliseum, I enjoy the long walks but the metro is 5 mins tops from here giving easy access to the whole city. Staff also very friendly. Breakfast is sort of your typical... More

Great hotel, Very clean, Rich breakfast. Excellent location (the Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain are just a few steps away. Friendly staff (specially Marilyn). I have been looking threw tripadvisor for a hotel and found others. This hotel was recommended to a couple we travelled with and we accepted to go there. The best choice we made. The Barberini Metro... More

The hotel has a very good location for turists. I had a good room, but my two other friends no. This hotel doesn't seem clean - I dont know - because is old; need a renovation. The reception staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok; to the lounge we met a woman very kindley from Moldova Republic. But I still... More

The hotel has a convenient location for many sights, but the area is quite busy and touristy. On the good side: the rooms are quite spacious for a big city. On the negative side: the carpeting doesn't seem super clean. The reception staff was generally friendly but there was a major problem at departure, as I was required to go... More

I would have to disagree with other reviewers on this one. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, however there are MANY other hotels for the same price in this area. From the second we walked in we knew that we were not going to stay here. There is barely a lobby and the lobby that is... More
