Great location: 10 mins walk from the Spanish steps ... This hotel is super comfortable: nice rooms, very high ceiling, amazing bed mattresses and cushions, very good bathroom amenities, decent breakfast ... Recommend to take a room on a high floor to minimize the street / traffic noise ...

Nice hotel, friendly staff warm and helpful, convenient location from sites of interest in rome offering you an easy access if you want to walk or catch any means of transport, food and atmosphere very good, history is in every corner of the hotel, which I like, but it is starting to catch up so some touch of renovation is... Our travel agent, who was meeting us in Rome, selected this hotel for us. He selected the perfect hotel for jet lagged travelers who needed above average service and a comfortable room. He nailed it. The room, common areas, location and service were excellent. The only issue was when we were checking out, the front desk was overwhelmed and they... More

We were upgraded to a suite and enjoyed the stay. Clean, tidy, free mini bars and a fruit basket and free drink at the bar. Personable staff and great location. The decor is a little dated, but it was 'real Rome' and we enjoyed the stay and will return. Everything was 'as expected' and better on occasions.

I stayed at the Ambasciatori Palace from June 6-11. We were a group of four ( friends and cousins) . This was my third stay at this wonderful hotel which is located on the Via Veneto in close proximity to all the major sights. I cannot say enough about the amenities and staff at this hotel. Special thanks to Enzo,Fabio,... More

This hotel is located in the heart of via Vittorio Veneto. Literally across from the U.S. embassy. We stayed here for two nights at the tail end of our vacation. It was truly walking distance to all the major monuments of Rome. The service was excellent throughout the hotel, especially in the bar area where they accommodated us with a... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the hottest part of July. The room was cool, very comfortable and clean, no noise from the street, air conditioning was a little noisy but very effective. Bathroom was large enough and looked modern. Lots of shampoos, lotions, soaps etc, but no hair conditioner at all. Wi-fi was slow and only for 4 devices... More

Not impressed at all... Breakfast was not so nice and the bathroom was not to 5 star standard... The only nice thing about it was the location... And the worst part was the dinner,, the scallops were boiled and the tomatoes candied,, the worst plate of food ever...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
