This hotel has not had renovations for at least the last 2 decades. Rooms are very outdated. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Redeeming factor was the close location to termini. Breakfast was very basic and tasteless. Plenty of better options available

We had to stay at this hotel 3 nights. It was a very bad hotel overall. It's so close to Termini. Location is good but the staff are very rude and uninterested. The room was clean but the shower was broken. Not a good experience and would not return or recommend at all. Do not stay here.

The hotel is located near Termini station which is handy. However, that area can be a little unsafe, not that we had any problems though. The staff there is nice as well as the breakfast which is well catered. The Internet was very poor throughout our stay glad we didn't pay for it. I'd look for something else before going... More

The first receptionist was not friendly, but the following staff were nice. Wifi connection doesn't work in the rooms, & I am typing this review on the stairs. A lot of noise around, as there are phones for the staff everywhere..

A good and nice hotel in central Rome, a stone's throw from Termini station. Walking distance to many of the sights of the city, such as the Colosseum. The hotel is a very good budget choice in Rome when it is quite and clean compared to similar hotels in the city center. Unfortunately, there were problems with internet in the... More

My friends and I stayed at hotel Nizza at the start of our tour around Italy and again at the end of the trip, and would highly recommend to not make the mistake of staying. The first night we had no air conditioning and were rudely told by staff that there was nothing they could do. The windows were broken... More

I stayed here in July for a few nights & do not recommend it at all. I had a friend come & meet me and she wasn't allowed to come up to my room, we only wanted to grab my bag. My friend had to wait in the lobby. I had paid for a double room & the female host... More

Bathrooms were small. Staff weren't helpful and ignored me at times when I went down to the desk to ask about something. Wifi was poor - had heaps of trouble logging in and it didn't work in our rooms - we had to use if in the lobby area. Don't get the Americano breakfast - that was the weirdest tasting... More

The perfect hotel for a holiday in Rome! Rome is my favorite place on earth. I've been to Rome 10 times, and I'm going there again next September. I've never stayed at Hotel Nizza except for last Summer, and I loved it! It has airconditioning, and that's the most thing I look for in a hotel during Summer! Apart from... More
