We stayed here for 5 nights in September 2014, our initial reaction was fairly good, seemed like a very good central location, very very handy for the (closed) Trevi Fountain. We had two twin rooms booked both of which overlooked the front of the hotel with the restaurant out on the street underneath our windows, (rooms 310/311). Room 310 smelt... More

I stayed here recently and found the rooms nice and big, very comfortable and very clean. The service, however, was average at best. When I asked for any assistance regarding getting to and from different attractions it was always an effort. My rooms wasn`t attended to until after 1pm (closer to 2pm) each day. If I went out in the... More

This hotel is ideal for a city break. It has very friendly and helpful staff, and its situation means there is only a short distance walk to many of Rome's main attractions. Breakfast is in a nice setting with plenty of choice, and there are some really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, ideal after sightseeing... More

The location is good - a block from the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Pantheon, walking distance to the Piazza Navona and the Colosseum. However, not incredibly convenient for the metro. Good selection for breakfast. Memorable on the positive was the cool and refreshing welcome you get as soon as you step foot into the lobby from... More

This is a very average hotel which is located in a very central location that have easy access to major attractions of Rome. Trevi fountain around the corner, 15-20 min walk to Spanish Steps,Piazza Navona, the Pentheon,Colliseum. 10 min walk to Metro will get you to Vatican and St.Peter Bassilica in 5 min.lots of cafes and restaurants around which is... We stayed here on a short break in August and were very pleased. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpfull. Our room was on the 4th floor and was at the back of the hotel and while there was no view it was a nice quiet room which we had requested. The room was very nice and even... More

We stayed here on a 3 day short break in July/August. The staff were very pleasant upon check in and the hotel nice and clean. The room was at the back of the hotel and had no view, but we had asked for a quiet room so this was perfect. The room was a good size for two people and... More

There are a lot of high end expensive hotels. This one was just right for us. We didn't plan on spending much time in the hotel and just wanted something convenient and clean. It is in a very old building, but has been modernized and upgraded so it had all the modern conveniences. BUT, each room was different - some... More

Dear HutchNY, Thank you for the time spent sharing your experience at Accademia Hotel. We are glad that you had a very good time in Rome. As already informed our rooms are compact and differently furnished but all of them clean, air-conditioned and equipped with comfort. I will preface my comments by saying that my views of this establishment were tainted somewhat by the fact that the one night we stayed we were actually supposed to be in their sister hotel, the White. The White seems to have a pattern of overbooking their establishment and shipping the overload to the Accademia. The Accademia is a three... More

Accademy Hotel is a 3 stars accomodation situated very close to Fontana di Trevi . We - four adults - stayed there for 3 nights on July 2014 . The rooms are clean, small but have the necessary comodities including a small fridge and a safety deposit box .The beds are comfortable. The air conditioner works properly and is effective.The...
