This hotel is in a fabulous location...right at the top of the Spanish Steps. The staff was great and the rooms were beautiful. We were on the 6th floor and had small balconies that looked over the center courtyard of the hotel. The windows had automatic blinds that lowered and closed to make the room very dark. The breakfast buffet... More

Location: conveniently located at the top of the spanish steps. It was an easy walk to all the major attractions. It is good to know that there is an elevator to the left of the spanish steps, adjacent to the metro stop, that takes you to the top if you are too tired to walk up the stairs. Room: We... More

This is an expensive hotel, but the ambience is perfectly Roman--the rooms have a typically Roman decor, but with modern conveniences such as a minibar, flat screen TV, easily accessible outlets, air conditioning, and luxury bathroom amenities. Judging from other reviews, the rooms seem to vary: In our room on the sixth floor, the bedroom was not large, but relatively... More

We booked this hotel through last minute.com for our break to Rome it was one of their top secret deals which we had not tried before but we were pleased with the choice. Located at the top of the Spanish steps it is central for sight seeing. Our room was not huge nor did it have a view, but the... More

My husband and I checked into the hotel after really looking forward to seeing Rome. The hotel came as a recommendation from work and we were lucky to get upgraded in our room. The upgraded room was really not that big and even though the location is great, a bigger room would have been better. We were super excited about... More

I was more impressed by the location then by the hotel. Right at the top of the Spanish stairs with a roof top terrasse with a great view : Rome at your feet. The terrasse is opened for drinks and restaurant, Unfortunately not for coffee in the morning. There is a cab station nearby and a lot of points of... More

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The rooms were small, but not uncomfortably so. Bathroom was certainly large for Italian standards. Beautiful view of the courtyard, bed was SO comfy. Room was very quiet. Felt like a little oasis in the heart of crazy Rome. The location cannot be beat, at the top of the Spanish steps, and... More

We are Ambassador/Platinum members and expected a full service Executive Lounge. This property has No Lounge. Therefore no Executive Lounge Amenities such as breakfast, snacks throughout the day and cocktails in the evening. We were upgraded to a jr suite which had an outdoor garden. Several problems with the room included too soft mattresses and broken window shades. After a... More

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel has a restaurant located on the sixth floor with beautiful views of Rome and very intimate. We went in April and it was still a little chilly outside. They brought out blankets to keep us warm. It's centrally located and walking distance to the Spanish Steps. We found several restaurants along... More
