We had a nice stay at this charming hotel. The rooms were small, but that is typical of European hotels. The location was excellent. The concierge staff was always helpful and accommodating. I was bothered by having to pay for Internet service when the room was already so expensive, though, especially considering how poor the connection was.

Rome is not an inexpensive city and the Intercontinental is definitely not a cheap hotel. But you pay for what you get the ambiance and the location are second to none. Pamper yourself and stay here, spend money at the roof top bar and love life. If, however, money is an issue then you can find much less expensive places... More

You can not beat the location of this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It sits right at the top of the Spanish Steps, The service is very good. The staff is really helpful with all your needs.......The internet & breakfast is super expensive which is quite the surprise.
