This hotel is only a 5 min walk from both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We walked everywhere whist we were in Rome and this Hotel was the perfect base. From here we walked to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Vatican and to and from bars and restaurants. We visited for 4 nights in mid November. This was... More

We moved to this hotel as the hotel we were booked into was rubbish. This hotel is in a superb position between the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain but on a quiet street and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Vincent, was a godsend as we had had one phone and a wallet pick pocketed on the... More

We spent tow full days in Rome with our children and grandma . The hotel was very nice and just a 2 min away from Piazza di Spagna or Fontana di Trevi . Rooms clean and cozy. The only problem was that our room was very hot and the A/C wasn't working properly ! Nice breakfast !

We stayed here for four nights last week and have nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and spotless and the location is incredible. There are many restaurants nearby and it's a joy to wander round this interesting area.

We stayed at the start of October, 2014, when perhaps it was a little quieter, booking a fight and hotel break through British Airways. The hotel is in a backstreet just off a main shopping street and is midway between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, both a short walk away. There is a supermarket nearby, not that you would... If you're looking for a moderately priced hotel in a great location you can't go wrong here. It's proximity to the Spanish Steps, Trevi, shopping and so on is as good as it gets. It is not for people looking for the grand, opulent style but it is a very clean and efficiently run establishment. Try a room with the... More

I strongly recommend Hotel Borgognoni post my stay in mid-October. Clean, quiet and tidy rooms and perfectly located to get around Rome. On a quiet street in a great location between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and close to local shopping and restaurants. We walked everywhere from here - Pantheon, Colloseum, Vatican, Forum. Breakfast and wifi were included for... More

It's our first time at Dei Borgognoni. Although It's in middle of a crowded area, between piazza Spagna and the Trevi Fountain, the street is really quiet. This is an advantage that very few hotels have and made our stay extremely comfortable. The service, rooms and breakfast were at the level of the price we paid. We have been many... More

We stayed here overnight en route to Sicily (from Heathrow). The staff was very nice, the breakfast in the morning was very good and the location of the hotel is great for sightseeing. Located near the Trevi Fountain and walking distance to the Spanish Steps, the Piazza Navona, it was great to re-visit places we had been four years ago.

My wife and I stayed at the. Borgognoni in early October and found this hotel to be outstanding in nearly all respects. The room was comfortable, the location was perfectly located to get around Rome and the room was totally quite. I strongly recommend the Borgognoni to any couple wishing to visit a world class hotel catering to discriminating travelers.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
