We enjoyed an excellent 6 night stay at this hotel. It is surrounded by the major tourist sites of Rome. A few times we took a taxi to go on a tour but more so to make sure we got there on time - navigating Rome can be a challenge. We would walk back afterwards. Our room was smaller by... More

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Hotel dei Borgognoni, we chose to stay here again because of it's friendly staff, excellent location close to the Spanish steps and comfortable clean rooms. Should we find ourselves in Rome again I'd have no hesitation in booking a 3rd stay !!

Love this hotel! Just returned from a stay at Hotel dei Borgognoni, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and modern with large clean rooms and bathrooms, and it's in the perfect location (very close to the Trevi Fountain) to be able to walk to everything other than maybe the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and helpful... More

We stayed here with friends who were in Rome for the first time and were a bit apprehensive that the hotel might be one of those pokey city centre ones with tiny dark rooms and surly staff - we needn't have worried, from the moment we arrived in the bright, airy and fabulously fragranced reception we felt welcome. Every member... More

This modern but charming hotel is in a wonderful location for anyone exploring Rome. About 15 minutes from the Colosseum, a block or so away from the Spanish Steps and nice shops, a short jaunt over to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona, and so on. It provides an adequate breakfast (you might prefer to grab something away once in a... More

Location: Hotel location is easy to find. Just 500 meters away (about 5 mins walk) from the Barberini metro station. 3-5 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Rooms: Our room was really large, comfortable and clean. They clean the rooms twice a day! Staff: Everyone in the hotel was kind and helpful. It was really nice to gift... More

Beautifully appointed, absolutely pleased to see us and as helpful as you could ask. The desk was very helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner as we got there pretty late. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Our last day there was when the Rome Marathon was happening which prevented us from leaving as we planned due to... More

We have just come back from our break in Rome which we visited to celebrate my birthday. (Prosecco and card from management, lovely touch) The hotel is lovely, very clean rooms, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. It is also very near some of the main sites, Trevi Fontain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona as well... More

We chose the hotel on the basis of its location - as it was central, close to attractions, and one road back from Rome's seemingly never-ending noise-and-bustle - and are pleased to say that we chose very well indeed: it is elegant, welcoming and professional. The room was superb, with a Jacuzzi bath, and had the best black-out curtains that... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
