We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing, but was a bit noisy from the streets late at night and early in the morning. But I guess that´s the price to pay for such a central spot. Room was not huge but quite all right for one couple. Could... more

Service Issues: We informed the front desk both the night before and the day of our departure that we would need a taxi for the airport and requested that one be arranged both before we arrived at the the hotel and on the morning of our departure. None was arranged by the hotel, despite at least two requests. In addition,... more

Five of us stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's Birthday. A whistle stop tour it was indeed. We arrived very late at night but received a warm welcome. Very old Italian palatial style buildings & decor, interesting rooms where staff had placed a bottle of bubbly on arrival in daughter's room to celebrate. All our rooms... more

I visited Rome on a business trip and decided to stay at this hotel due to its location. I got a good rate and was only staying for one night. The first impression is that this is a very old hotel, however it is well maintained. It feels like a palace with wonderful furniture from a different era. The room... more

We stayed in a suite at the renovated, 4th floor of the hotel, and have only good things to say about the property. Staff was efficient and kind, not overly friendly, but good overall. Our suite was spacious for central Rome, pretty, with TVs in the living room, bedroom and bathroom, and equiped with everything one might need, there are... more

This is a decent hotel but not a 5 star. The first day we checked in, we noticed our room was not cool. We spoke with the staff and they agreed to have the room serviced. We ran into the service person on our way to our room and he said he had worked on the unit. The room was... more

Rooms: there is a difference between charming and poorly maintained. This place was the latter: old carpets, old dusty drapes, fruit flies in the bathroom. The shower area was 2 feet by 2 feet, you can barely turn around, water pressure was low, drainage was slow, there was simply no way to have a decent shower. The rooms in general... more

This hotel is one of the better located in Rome : all the big brands' shops are near and also the less known designers' stores that are actually very nice ; it is close to famous places that you have to visit if you come in Rome (Trevi foutain, Spanish steps...) The staff was very welcoming, and they can advise... more

We spent two nights at this hotel for a business trip. The location is superb, and the hotel is very elegant and charming. Our room was spacious, elegant, very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy! I loved the old furniture and the beautiful marble bath. Definitely don't come here if you want a super modern and efficient hotel.... more
