The hotel itself is nice and the bathroom was much larger than typical European hotels (which is why I rated it three stars). We arrived at 10.30 p.m. after long journey. We unloaded luggage from taxi without help and we were given directions to room but no offer of help with baggage. Let's face it what is there about Rome you couldn't like. A wonderful historic city with so many wonderful landmarks to see.
