I knew going in that the Baglioni Chain is a great choice in any of the major cities in Italy... and Regina Baglioni met my expectation for Rome. I would recommend it based on the location (love Via Veneto) and for helpfulness of the staff. Almost all of the staff I encountered were hospitable and friendly. Especially the people involved... We love traveling to Italy, and always wanted to spend a Christmas in Rome. This year we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We booked this trip through American Express (Classic Vacations) Everything from start to finish was perfect. The Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything better.... More

Returned yesterday from a 3 night stay and was not disappointed. From the start the elegant entrance and reception area, welcoming accommodating staff and spacious elegant bedroom with large marble bathroom and balcony certainly made an impression, leaving you immediately comfortable with your surroundings. The level of comfort (wonderful big bed with the best linen and pillows!) and cleanliness was... More

Just a good all-round refined hotel. Service is delivered without fuss or effort, the rooms are elegant and functional. Comfort is guaranteed. Public rooms are pleasant and breakfast is as good as it gets. As a base to see ancient Rome, the location of the hotel is good. If I want to nitpick then the only grumble is the rather... More

We were with a large traveling group and the hotel and staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Room was gorgeous and the marble bathrooms are to die-for. The hotel's location is perfect for walking during the day or at night. The Via Condotti is just a short walk as is the Borghese museum. Conceriege is very helpful also. If your... More

I recently stayed in at Grand Executive room at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was fantastic, large with great Art Deco styling and marble bathroom. The location could not be better, it was quite yet within walking distance of the shops and sights of Rome. The staff where very friendly and always remembered your name,... More

The hotel sits in a great area, close to so many areas that are easy to walk to. Subways are close by also. The staff is great. So good with kids. Marcos was one of the kindest front desk managers we have ever met. We got a beautiful upgrade to a huge suite without asking. The concierge are top notch... More

My wife and I recently stayed 4 nights at this property in mid September. As it was our first time in Rome, we were wonderfully welcomed by this hotel. Although early in the day, we were graciously shown to our well appointed Art Deco room. Wow! For the next four days, we just kept saying "Wow!" Great room, perfect location,... More

I stayed at Regina Hotel Baglioni this July with some friends back from Capri and spent there 3 nights before taking the flight to Heraklion. My friend and I stayed in a very cute room overlooking Via Veneto with nice art deco furnishing and a wonderful black marbled bathroom. I loved the so comfortable bed and the plenty of pillows... Having read some of the unfavorable reviews of this hotel, I was hesitant to stay here again. Our previous stays were 2002 and 2004 and I was quite concerned that it would not be the same. It turns out that my concerns were ill-founded as our stay was fantastic once again. We were staying with the American Express Platinum FHR... More
