This is one of Marriott's category 8 properties and was very happy to use points to stay here. I arrived via train and took a cab to the hotel. I can't recall the amount but it was reasonable. This is a VERY nice Marriott and you feel very worldly staying here. I was glad to be dressed up upon check... More

At the end of many long days of walking the city this Marriott property couldn't have been more rewarding. We used points for this 5 day stay and were upgraded to a suite. The linens were crisp and although the bed was not the usual Marriott bed it was comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast on the... More

First time we have ever stayed anywhere on points and were made to feel guilty. Husband is a lifetime Marriott Platinum. I had to reserve 2 rooms as virtually all Marriotts in Europe will not allow 3 in a room on points. I wrote the hotel asking for an early check in if possible. I also asked for 2 rooms... More

I really like the location of this hotel, it's not too close to the tourist spots, but it's not far either. The surrounding restaurants and places open until reasonable hours, which is great. Nice rooms and service, not too expensive.

This hotel not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The room was spacious and immaculate. The linens were so white and clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and responsive. I think it took 10 minutes to receive our room service orders. Everything was perfect. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace to the lounge in the lobby were incredible.... More

For European standards, this is a pretty grand place to stay. Close to Trevi fountain and the pantheon. I would second guess the recommendations of the staff as they give you convenient touristy restaurants instead of jewel finds. But I would stay here again.

I stayed here completely by chance as my usual hotel in Rome had no rooms available. The location is fantastic, Harry's Bar across the street a great bonus. The room was nice, ove looking the gardens & the old city walls. What I loved was the breakfast on the terrace. For starters, the buffet was very elaborate, catering to every... More

Perfect location for our business travel group. Marriott Grand Flora met our expectations in all categories: Close proximity to the airport (40 Euro or less by Taxi), easy walking distance to the center of Rome via Metro tunnel (across the street), comfortable rooms, large bed, stylish rooms with good working area. Breakfast buffet included and a reasonable internet fee (9... More

We just returned from 10 days in Rome. We stayed at the Marriott Grand Flora. In all our years of travel, and we are in our Seventies,We could not have been treated any better. The concierge was wonderful to us. Helped us with calling our cousins who lived in Rome and didn't speak English. The service people were great---greated us every morning... More

The location was perfect, the room was clean and nice. My review for this hotel would be better but the concierge staff really were not good. I had asked for a dinner at an authentic Italian restaurant and was directed to a really poor restaurant full of American tourists. It was terrible and when I complained the front desk staff... More
