This hotel is in a great location. It's in a row with a lot of other classy hotels and lots of nice restaurants down the street. It definitely has a classy feel to it but there are some serious shortcomings considering it runs at over 300 Euro per night. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. Upon arrival there was someone... Beautiful old hotel in the via Veneto, excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful, always with a smile, only compliments for them, however, on arrival was assigned a room on the first floor. The room was small and dark, needed the lights on. Faced an inner courtyard, didn't mind at first as I was staying only one night, for work, and... More

This is a wonderful hotel in Rome. It is right next to the Borghese gardens. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The concierge was extremely helpful with tips on the best way to visit the key sites in Rome. The only area for improvement is the breakfast. But what a great place to have breakfast! On the roof top... More

Truly enjoyed our stay here. I'm not sure if it is because it is competing with, well, ROME, or what, but I did leave with a bit of indifference. Nothing major stood out as far as service was concerned; this is not a bad thing but I wish it wasn't the case. The same for the accommodations themselves, food and... More

We enjoyed a very brief stay that this beautiful Marriott on Via Veneto. From Massimo, the concierge and Allesandra at the reception desk, to the doormen, to those in the piano bar and ristorante . . . it was just perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay at the Grand Flora again when we return to Rome!

As dual Marriott gold members, we've stayed in more than a few dozen Marriotts with few good or bad surprises. The Grand Flora had good surprises. They work hard to balance Marriott comforts with Rome personality. Breakfast is served with champagne and mimosas on a terrace with a 300 degree view of Rome rooftops and seven hills. Hotel is located... More

We used Marriott reward points to stay here. We had to book two rooms because room is limited to two people when you use points. Our stay included breakfast which was very disappointing. The staff was very nice and most spoke English well. Some of the 6th floor rooms have balconies which we really enjoyed looking out onto the city... More

Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Grand Flora. The building is older as one would expect in Rome, but it has been thoroughly updated. Our bathroom was quite nice with separate shower and bath, 2 sinks, and modern fixtures with granite. The king size bed was typical Marriott, and we had plenty of closet... More

This Hotel has stayed consistent over many years. We first stayed at this hotel back in 1998 and had a wonderful experience. The service was great, hotel service was wonderful and hotel was very clean. My husband stayed again in 2004 with our son and He said that it was exactly the same. Great! We recently stayed again, why not... More

The Grand Flora is in a great location on Via Veneto - quiet (for Rome) at night, updated, and clean. The staff is always prompt and courteous, willing to help with any need. We stayed four nights with another couple. Pros: It's clean, updated, and very nice. The rooms and bathrooms are big and clean, the maid service is excellent,... More
