We stayed here for five nights on points (book EARLY). We had a nice room with a view of the street (in a good way). The rooftop breakfast kind of made the trip - it was delightful! The staff was pleasant. Check in was easy. They sent up a bottle of wine and fruit as the platinum arrival gift (the... More

Being a marriott member and looking at all the destinations,Rome was always in the back of my mind. Location of the Marriott Grand Flora couldn't have been any better. Close to a lot of attractions and yet far away that it was peaceful. Staff was understanding and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much, definitely would recommend this... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. 15 - 30 minute walking distance to most Rome attractions or 10 euro cab ride. Check-in was great but had a little trouble at the front desk recognizing Platinum status. The concierge was able to recognize the status and sort it out by upgrading to best room available. Rooftop breakfast served daily from 6:30 AM... More

We traded 80,000 points to book two rooms at the Grands Flora as a special treat end of trip hotel for my husband, myself and twin sister and her significant other. My husband is a gold member. Asked for a high floor room of the old wall and was pleased to get both requests a few days ago. Everything seemed... More

My wife and I stayed at the Gran Flora for our first visit to Rome. Despite some tour books which say the Via Veneto area is old hat, we were delighted with the location. Close to most historic sites or an inexpensive cab ride away. It is in a lovely area to walk around. Lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants... More

Hotel room was spacious, quiet, very comfortable, with friendly and helpful desk personnel. Straightforward bus and Metro rides to reach Vatican City. Hotel is short walking distance to designer shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, guide book recommended churches, and numerous restaurants. Borgese Gardens are right around the corner.

An upscale hotel not far from the American Embassy. Our driver from the airport said it's one of the safest areas in Rome because of the embassy. It's a full service hotel with a restaurant, bar, and rooftop area where they served a buffet breakfast, which was very good. Everything from eggs to meats to pastries. Our room was very... More

I love this hotel during my work trip to Rome. Nicely located, and approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro Subway Station. Front desk staff was friendly, and willing to help. I never got to do the breakfast, but there are many restaurants outside of the hotel to eat at for lunch and dinner. Neighborhood is safe. The room... More

We really liked this hotel and it's location. I love that it is right by the old Roman City Walls. We loved walking through Borghese park. The roof top breakfast views were spectacular. We would recommend this hotel.

Great rooms, great staff and a very nice breakfast buffet. Close to many shops and restaurants along the Via Veneto. Close to many sites and ruins and great concierge service for suggestions and for planning activities. Definitely stay at this hotel when in Rome.
