What can I say.....round the corner from the luminous trevi fountain and walking distance from most major piazzas save the St Peter's Basilica. Clean room and bathroom with basic but decent breakfast buffet. But honestly, the location of this hotel cannot be beat with the metro and bus stop a three minutes walk away. A solid 3 star hotel with... More

As a young couple we stayed at this hotel for a week in the beginning of November 2010. This hotel has a very good location and an amazing breakfast room right on the top. It has only few minuses - small rooms (as elsewhere in Rome) and no lobby downstairs. More

I booked the Tritone as a christmas present for my Mother, and got a great deal on the hotel. Overall our stay was brilliant, Rome is a beautiful city and I would recommend a visit to everyone! First for the bad points (there were not many, but lets get them out of the way!) The rooms were not what you... More

I absolutely enjoyed the quantness of this small hotel, situated around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. I found it very centrally situated as we were in walking distance to all the major spots. The Concierge/Receptionist was always very helpful and pleasant. It has an old fashioned tiny lift that just fits two people but it is beautiful. The room... More

Stayed here for one night after a cruise for our honeymoon. We hadn't been organised and booked this last min on the day. The location was perfect, right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and on same road as tour buses etc. The hotel however, was well overpriced for what it had to offer (£200+ per night). Upon entering... More

The hotel supplies a continental breakfast but also has eggs, bacon and meats, as well as fruit. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine and were helped with our suitcases [a first] At check out there is a well appointed lounge room with TV and computer [not free] to use whilst waiting. Desk staff were helpful and speak good... More

The Tritone Hotel became the perfect spot for our vacation: its centric location allows to wander around in the highlight places of Rome without depending on public transports - the hotel is surrounded by plenty of things to do, from shopping to sightseeing, from restaurants to bars and conected with a good network of transports (subway it's about 10 minutes... The service was very poorand the desk clerks were very discourtious. The room was extreamly small and very noisy. The elevator was often out of service and we were on the 4th floor. Staff saw we were waitng for elevator and just ignored us. We were there for 7 nights. The lobby was dirty, shabby and very unattractive. The location was... More

We were stranded in Rome and had to find a hotel without doing any research. What bad luck to draw this place! The shower was teeny and moldy, we didn't even use it even though we were needed to clean up after a frustrating day. The carpet was gross and the room was noisy. The TV room where you could... More
