We stayed from Dec 22 to 27 last year . It was a wonderful stay. We received great service right from the start. The gentleman who took care of registration and the gentleman who took care of our luggage made us feel welcome. Due to luggage problems, we arrived rather late in the night and had missed dinner. He directed... More

This hotel was much cheaper than others but the rooms were fine! A short walk to the train terminal. 1.7 miles downhill walk to the coliseum and forum. Small issues with booking due to a cc issue and them not having our cancellation. Staff worked with us though to get it sorted out

We stayed five nights in this hotel. Service was excellent. Staff was helpful with restaurant ideas and always quick to get us a cab when needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety of fresh foods, pastries, etc. every day. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The bathroom was reasonably large and well equipped. We were... More

We stayed at the Hotel Canada during Easter for three nights. We found the location to be good - short walk to Castro Pretorio metro station and to Termini. Our room (322) provided sufficient space for two adults and two teenagers. Our windows faced Via Vicenza, but we could also hear the noise from Viale Castro Pretorio because the room... More

We stayed at the Hotel Canada during a 3-day visit to Rome. Convenient location - 10 mms from Termini station and a few steps away from the metro. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great - my wife particularly liked the eggs, and I went for liked the... More

We had a short 3 night stay in this hotel and it is a charming building - very tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. The staff are all friendly and service is very quick. However the corridors transmit all noise - doors shutting, foot steps and people chatting. Earplugs are a must if you want to get a good night's sleep.... More

We stayed in Rome for five days and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Roma Termini as it was an easy gateway to all the "Hot Spots" that Rome has to offer. Check in was a breeze, the staff all spoke english quite well and were very polite to us. One particular gentleman who assisted us... More

Check-in: was extremely quick and pleasant. We arrived way ahead of the check-in time and our room was not ready yet. However, we were given another room instead which had been prepared and it was absolutely brilliant to be able to go to our room before the actual check-in time. Hence, we could refresh before going out to re-discover Rome.... More

No real complaints, the hotel décor is of a very high standard. Richard the barman is first class. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well. We got a taxi to the Vatican for 15 euros saving the hassle of the Metro. Could have done with a printer being lined up to PC in the foyeur but that's all really.... More

We recently spent 7 nights in this centrally located hotel. Our room was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and bedding. We appreciated just how clean everything was. The first stay there was very quiet. However when we returned for our second stay our room was near the elevator .We found it quite disturbing at times when late night arrivals or... More
