I was not completely satisfied with the hotel location because it's too close to the train station where lots of people hovering around and a bit far from all the attractions. Very good Hotel, friendly and helpful staffs especially filipino staff -Coy. Clean and nice room. Air conditioning is good and individually controlled. Towel change daily. plenty to choose from breakfast buffet. location is fine. Good location as it is just one stop from the termini station. Highly recommended! more

This has got to be the worst flea bag hotel that I have stayed in. I was on the first floor with a view of the roof litterred with cigarette butts, garabage and bird feathers. The rug on the floor defined the word "worn". The drapes stunk, and the bed was, as ACDC would say, "Hard As A Rock". more

My mother, sisters, nephew and I stayed at this hotel for one week in June. Although the rooms were a little small (normal for European hotels), I would certainly stay at this hotel again! My sister and I stayed at the Villafranca for 4 nights in March. It was clean, spacious, and a great value. Okay so it wasn't right next door to any of the attractions, and that was probably it's main drawback. We found ourselves far away from the hotel every night with a long walk back. I stayed at Hotel Villafranca on June. Great treatment, room well cleaned. The Hotel staff is very helpfull. I organize with them a short tour of the eternal city in few minutes....fantastic!!!! Breakfast was super, my son was very happy to find "nesquik chocolate" inside a big Rabbit Gadget. I also find Nesquik cream (it's like nutella) never seen before.... more
