My family and had the opportunity to travel to Italy and we spent two nights at the Best Western Hotel Villafranca, in Rome (March 11 and 12th, 2014), our reservation number was 499706170. On March 12th, we went to the hotel restaurant to have breakfast and I left my purse in the room, when we came back to the room... More

We arrived on Thursday 6th March to a lovely warm welcome from the staff on reception (early ). We were able to check in & our room was ready. The room was lovely & welcoming, set on the 4th floor, & with two lifts it was easy to get to. Room size was good, bathroom was ample size, shower a... More

Stayed 3 nights with my husband. Had a twin room 3rd floor facing the street. Spotlessly clean. Nice facilities. Free wi fi, free safe in room and a fridge. Shame no tea and coffee making facilities. Newly refurbished new laminate floor. Lots of wardrobe space nice tv. Shutters and curtains which kept out noise although this is a quiet back... More

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in Rome as part of our honeymoon trip to Italy. Overall the hotel is good, with very clean, comfortable and medium size room and bathroom. Location of the hotel is very good. It is very near to Termini train station and is 5 min. walk to two other metro stations in Rome... More

My wife and i are joining a cruise for our Silver wedding anniversary and decided to go to Rome 5 days before our cruise to savor Rome. The hotel is very near Rome Termini Station. It has a nice hot buffet breakfast. The front desk personnel are nice and considerate. They even let us leave some of our baggage for... More

We stayed here for three nights early December 2013. We arrived early, in the hope that we would be allowed to leave our bags so we could go off around Rome, but to our surprise they checked us in early and off we went to our room. Very nice people. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nicely tidied up every... More

For being in a budget deal package, the hotel was reasonable. The twin bedroom (on the second floor) was comfortable and clean if a little noisy (as the hotel itself is in the vicinity of several restaurants. The staff (bar one on our first night) were helpful and no request seemed beyond them. For the price we paid, we received... More

This hotel is some what out of the way of the centre of Rome although in saying that there is the train/bus station a few minutes walk away if you want to go out of the area. The hotel itself was ok, it seemed at times that we were an inconvenience for the check-in staff who all displayed their usual... More

We stayed here for my wife's 50th birthday and my daughters 18th birthday. We had requested balcony rooms and advised hotel of pending birthdays several weeks before our stay. We were pleased to find that we had nieghbouring sixth floor rooms with large balconies, they were amazing. The staff were wonderful, very helpful with any requests. My wife and daughter... More
