This place was terrible. Dingy, smelly, dirty, old facilities. The staff were all incredibly rude. The cleaning lady threw out a reusable tumblr of mine that was clean and sitting on a table minding it's own business. When I went to complain at the front desk that one of my own personal belongings was thrown out by the cleaning staff,... More

We spend two nights before sending daughter back to the states. Triple room was decent size and the bathroom was HUGE compared to other Italian bathrooms. Did have a problem keeping the room cool, but it was extremely warm in Rome, so we were just glad to have any type of air. Breakfast was fine, meats, cheeses, cereal, fruit and... More

I stayed at this hotel for four nights at the end of July. The room I was in, although tiny, was spotlessly clean, had very well-working air-conditioning, an awesome bathroom and everything else I needed like a fridge and a hair dryer. Although breakfast was served every day, I did not actually try it as I had other plans every... More

We had read a lot about how the hotel was. but found it not in the same way. The hotel was old, the rooms were not very pretty. walls were not clean. beds were not any good. But so good price so it was very good. The bathroom in our room was newly decorated and very finite. It was perfectly... More

We have been here for 5 days.We read very bad references before our coming, but we were surprised very well. Our room was quite clean (walls were a little bit dirty, but bed and bathroom was clean). We had fridge on the room.It was great because all our food keep cold and fresh.Air condition was working all the time.Breakfast was tasty... Floors were filthy, bathroom smelled, toilet was not clean, no ventilation in the room (a/c and heat was non existent), wall outlets broken ( could not watch television as result), no flat screen tv as advertised, only one outlet was working, wallpaper pealing off the wall, looks like a bullet hole in one of the walls. A TOTAL DUMP!!! Stay... More

We are a couple who stayed in this hotel in end of December. - Room was dirty. - No electricity. Plugs were almost all dead. Fridge was not usable. Recharged my cell phone in the bath room. - Extremely bad attitude for the staff in the morning. We said couldn't find any plug to recharge our cell phone. So we... More

We stayed only one night at this hotel on our way to meet a cruise ship the next day. It was convenient to the train station, and provided adequate facilities. We experienced NO issue with bedbugs as others have described. The breakfast was more than adequate for a free breakfast. The staff was efficient but certainly not friendly. All in... More

I saw 2 bedbugs on my first morning there, I complained about them and was given another room. I was told they've never had them before and that I brought them with me. Both rooms were dusty and had filthy carpets so it's no wonder they have bedbugs.

If they are in one room they are in them all, as my friend and I discovered. We were on a school trip and put into a room with suspicions already high as we had already read reviews saying that there were indeed BEDBUGS. We checked for signs of them but they were nowhere to be seen, however when I... More
