Me and my husband spent 4 nights at the Kennedy last week and found it to be OK. The room was very clean which was my main concern. however it did need with an update (the bathroom was not great and TV didn't work for example). Staff were friendly and helpful, however didn't offer to help with bags or anything.... More

We had two rooms in January 2012 (my husband, me, two sons). We visit Rome frequently and have never lodged near Termini. We typically stay in 3 star hotels near Piazza Navona or the Spanish Steps. We have, on occasion, upgraded significantly to other hotels. We were hesitant to do this but we received the rooms through a package with... More

Dear Guests Salcantay , thank you very much for sharing your experience at Hotel Kennedy. It's nice to be appreciated as staff and we are happy that you liked our cappuccino :-). The hotel every year does maintenance of all the rooms in order to update it, it is possible that you were in one not yet done. We'll hope... More

The beds feel plastic like and are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is disgusting. Our room had a faulty fan in the bath room that was so loud I was hesitant to use the bathroom at night. The reception staff were rude and on one occasion responded that they were 'very busy' when asked for help. The tv was prehistoric with... More

We stayed here for a week in December 2011 and had a great stay. Rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy, of average size, with heating and cooling and double glazed windows to keep out the noise of busy Rome. Front office staff spoke excellent English and were very courteous and helpful at all times. Kitchen staff also great. Breakfast typical... More

A hotel very much in need of updating and refurbishment with thermostats that do not work resulting in overheated rooms, cold running water, televisions which do not work and cheap almost inedible breakfasts of stale bread, processed cheese, tinned fruit and burnt coffee. Too much information offered on arrival by overhelpful receptionist even when it was obvious to him that... More

I booked this hotel through Priceline about 7 months before my stay. I booked for 1 night at a good price, because I was leaving the next day on a cruise. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not asked my name, but rather I was asked to show my booking slip. The instant he saw the slip of... More

I just returned from a five night stay at the Kennedy Hotel in Rome. It was offered as part of a deal with British Airways and ended up being good value for money but nothing more than that. The location is great, almost right next to Termini station and within easy walking distance to the city centre, Republica is 5mins... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your time sharing your experience and for the review. We are happy that you had a good stay. Hotels is an industry of a perception, and everyone has its own emotion. A hotel that on the outside you might think twice about, but on the inside it is warm and friendly with very accommodating staff. The rooms are not overly large but big enough to suit our needs.
