Our welcome to Rome for a nights stay was made extremely pleasant by the reveption and concierge at this lovely hotel. Our room was beautifully presented the only downfall was the lack of water heat and pressure in our bathroom which is a bit disappointing at this rating level To compensate the terrace bar and the wait staff there are... This place is a real "find" ! Great hotel with excellent services and superb location. For me its all about customer service when I travel. The staff here could not be more helpful-they are genuinely interested in you and what would make your stay better. It is an affordable hotel, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable - particularly after a... More

We found this hotel to be very fun, housed in what appeared to be one of the older palaces, but renovated and beautiful. We went twice over our stay and stayed in 2 different rooms. Each room has it's own character with very modern touches. The enormous marble bathrooms are great. A very nice touch is the Prosecco and fruit... More

I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend. The hotel is in a great location near the shopping district. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extra and very fancy. But the front desk will help you with whatever you need.

We spent 2 nights at the Majestic and loved it. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel exuded an old world charm and the staff was friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Spanish Steps. We will definitely return.

My husband and I spent two nights at the Majestic on our way back from a trip around the Amalfi Coast. It is an old building but very nicely and elegantly decorated, we felt very comfortable, rooms are spacious and charming and bed was great. Service is also very good, staff is very accommodating and ready to help in any... More

Claudio and Guilia will welcome you with open arms. They are both so nice and helpful. Just ask them a question and they will help you with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large, beds soft and comfortable. The bathroom is lovely, decorated in marble and the shower/bath combination is to die for. The hotel location is... More

We stay for 3 nights. We were a party of 6, so we had 3 rooms. We arrived around 9am and 2 out of the 3 rooms were ready, which was great.y appreciated after a night flight. The hotel is well centrally located and near a metro. Via Veneto is a very nice and elegant street. They gave us connecting... More

We chose this hotel because of its location and the fact that it was the only one that offered 2 bedrooms, one for us and one for our adolescent son. It also belongs to the Leading Hotel of the World where we have a membership. The welcome was not there, staff was cold and uninterested, the shower was plugged we... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
