The person on reception was lovely but this hotel is too old. Tiny lift, tiny shower. The towel we got was more like a tea towel. Only good thing about it was the location. Very voles to Termini station

We were greeted by a very enthusiastic chap on the front desk who was very informative and gave us maps and all sorts of information about all the places to go and how to get there. When we told him we were going to see AC Roma he was very helpful with how to get there and commiserated over their... More

We stayed here for 5 nights last year and, as we love Rome so much, decided to come back again this time for 9 nights, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is ideally situated for Termini station, metro and bus station (but away from the hustle and bustle these places attract). The bedrooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. Rooms... More

Good - nice customer service Bad - old hotel - no towels, only big cotton clothes - small shower (won't fit anyone over 75kgs) - poor internet - small left (elevator for only one person) - small safe fitting only passports - uncomfortable beds - no body gel or facial tissues - poor breakfast (most times are expired) only 5... We stayed here for 3 nights for last days of our honeymoon. It is the quite nice place in the middle of Rome. It is situated near the long Panisperna road, which leads to the historical center - everything in the step access. It has a very interesting triangle elevator in the center of building. Rooms are small, but comfortable.... More

I travel a lot both for business and ive also 'been around a bit' on holidays and find myself very fussy ! trip advisor is very useful so I try to take the useful bits I read and give people as much info as I can . I like to review hotels based on a few things: Location, Cleanliness, Amenities,... More

US based travelers, do not stay here. I'm well traveled and not a hotel snob.I've stayed in hostels nicer than this $90 stay. This is a 1 to 2 star at best. The carpet was so disgusting I would not take my shoes off. The bedspread was gross. The chairs were dirty. I'm a 4'11' petite woman and was bumping... More

The reception was excellent in helping us in finding restaurant , taxi and sightseeing . We there very glad because we only had One Day. The breakfast was very fine , in spite off we came 1/2 hour before time.

Walking distance from train station, but in a nice area. The room was very small but clean and had everything you would want including free WiFi, safe in closet and small refrigerator. Bathroom was very nice. Rooftop terrace for breakfast had a nice view and the breakfast was simple but good. Elevator was teeny, tiny, but at least there was... More

Stayed as acouple 15-18 October. Excellen location around the corner from the stunning Santa Maria Maggoria church, within walking distance of The Colloseum. Hotel warm and welcoming, reception staff spoke excellent English and were really helpful. Quirky lift, but I am sure when built there wasn't one and they have squeezed one in, so thanks as wouldn't have liked to... More
