Don't expect nice hotel. Extremly small rooms and very uncomfortable bathrooms. Close to Rome central station, it's verry dangerous location. The breakfast is nice, and you can enjoy a nice espresso. The staff is friendly.

Managed to get a great price for this hotel in August. the hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from Termini train station, and for the week I walked all over Rome from this location. Due to the embassies around the area armed military were nearby so felt reasonably safe. The breakfast was great, as too was the air conditioning.... More

I didn’t expect much, but I was nicely surprised. Friendly service, nice and comfortable little single room. Very clean and quite, though window was facing the street. Nice neighborhood in a walking distance to Termini Station permitting the quick access to the entire city. Room kept very clean and fresh. As a single room, it wasn’t very big but functional.... I have been to Rome before. And I still prefer to stay somewhere not far away from central station. I have stayed other hotels nearby. I could say I was happy to stay at this hotel. 1. The double room we stayed is a bit small but clean with air conditioner. We can't really put our luggages on the floor... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. It is walking distance from the main train station and subway inn a quiet neighborhood that has quite a few embassies. The room was clean, quiet and updated. The air conditioning and wifi were excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Specifically, a van that was supposed to... More

The stay at this hotel was good,it is distant from main attractions and about 4 blocks for the nearest train station. When we arrived the front desk at that time (around 11PM) do our check in while talking over the phone all the time, the clerk did not bother to finish his call and give proper attention to our booking.... Dear Sir, we are happy to hear that your stay in our establishment has been a pleasant one. but we are sorry to hear of the unpleasant episode with our employee, it seems that that evening he was dealing with a guest's booking problem. Although this is a feeble excuse because all that was needed was a phone call.We are... More

I was on a stopover at Termini train Station and chose this hotel for an overnight stay. It ended up being a 10min walk from the station, which is too far away when you stroll with a trolley on uneven Roman pave ways. Minibar of the Hotel was basically empty, comfy bed and shower.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
