The staff are very welcoming and Friendly. Although not in the centre of the busy areas, it is peaceful at night enough for to recuperate sleep well and tackle another day A-fresh. Breakfast is as expected with the normal cheeses, hams, fruit and toast. But also some pastries and fruit. Coffee-a-plenty.... Recommend

We stayed 9 nights and had therefore enough to time to discover what the hotel has to offer. The staff at the reception was very friendly and very helpful. Our requests were handled very quickly and we always received useful answers. The roomcleaners were very friendly, too, and our rooms were always well cleaned. Our room was looking very new... More

This hotel is conveniently located near the Roma Termini train station and only a few blocks from the Metro. You can also walk to Villa Borghese which is a great way to spend an afternoon in Rome. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. As American Tourists the Best Western Properties in the U.S. are not as nice as the... More

This is the second time we've stayed here now and it won't be the last! First time was 2 years ago and we were so impressed we recommended it to the rest of the family to come this year and they were not disappointed! The hotel is in a very safe area with armed guard patrol on every street corner... More

This hotel is centrally located, with only a 10-15 minute walk to termini station. The room was cozy and modern, and everything was in working order - even the air conditioning! This is a 4 star as stated. The staff was friendly and courteous. It's also near a supermarket (less than 5 minutes away) and near carabinieri (police) station, so... More

We stayed here for three nights in August. Our room was small and rather basic, but it was clean and perfectly comfortable for our needs. Absolutely no sign of the promised wifi which was a let down but at least it gave me a break from social media! A few maintenance issues could do with looking at. The shower door... More

I stayed for 3 nights. The area is quiet, some work going on the street next to it which seems bit deserted in the night and looked bit scary on the first night when I checked into hotel. For the subsequent nights it looked fine after I get familiar with it. Rooms are good, not very generously sized, but functional... More

We booked this hotel as large group having a family trip to Rome. When booking, I was aware that it was quite a walk from the main attractions, however having already been to Rome this wasnt an issue. The Trevi and it's cobbled streets are about a 30 minute walk away and a taxi will cost you 10 euros. The... More

We stayed for three nights. The area is very quiet about 3-4 blocks from the metro. The breakfast each morning was very good with many choices. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The room was a triple and was small, but fine for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very functional hotel. The room was nice, the staff was helpful, and it's within walking distance of Termini and a slightly closer metro station. There's a decent selection of food choices, but our brief experience indicated that the closer to termini we got the lesser the quality of food.
