We spent 4 nights at this fantastic hotel, located within easy walking distance to most major sites in Rome. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful- especially Berardo who greeted us every afternoon and evening with his warm smile. Berardo’s restaurant recommendations were excellent! Our room (18) was spacious, comfortable, clean, very well appointed and quiet. We really enjoyed the... More

Really really centrally located for the historical sights. An older building, with rooms a bit worn and dated, but comfortable and fully functional. The roof top, where breakfast is served in the morning, and cocktails in the evening. is lovely. We received good service at the front desk and throughout. We recommend this hotel and would go back.

This is lovely old hotel with 5 star service! It is perfect location for Rome tourist. It is quite affordable in comparison with other hotels nearby. The rooftop garden is brilliant gem with wonderful breakfast and nice bar at night. Room is smallish but you are in downtown Rome! Bath is adequate and our room had little fridge. LOVE fact... More

Have just returned from a wonderful four nights in Rome and staying at this hotel. Fantastic location. We walked everywhere including the Vatican. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was given a triple room - spacious and clean and quiet with the shutters closed. Plenty of places to eat nearby as cheap or as expensive as you wanted. Breakfast on the... More

My wife and I stayed in Albergo Cesari for 5 nights this month from the UK. We had stayed at the hotel before a few years ago and were very impressed with the hospitality and services on offer. On this our second stay, we felt that Cesari had improved. From the lovely service, friendlyness of the staff at the reception... More

Even though the rooms are not luxurious, the friendly helpful staff, the beautiful rooftop, and the unbeatable location make this the only choice for me. If I arrive early, they make me welcome and give me a room immediately. They make my grandson laugh and feel relaxed, as they make reservations for the places he wants to go, and there... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in August as a family and loved it. The location is superb, on a quiet, narrow street at a lively part of the city, walking distance to all attractions, including the major fountains, Clossium, Pantheon, and even Vatican City. The rooms are big, open and clean. A fresh coat of paint would have... More

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location couldn't be beat. Rooms were a bit small, but clean and well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for an evening cocktail or breakfast (which, by the way, was great!)

The hotel is located between the fountain of trevi and the pantheon. So you're in the center of Rome in 1 step out of the hotel. The hotel was build in 1787 which means that it's dated, the bathroom can use some renovation, but everything is very clean. The breakfast was very good, different types of bread, toast, juices, cheeces,... More

Dear J H, We are very pleased you appreciated your stay at our hotel. We are in a popular little pedestrian street in the historical centre of Rome, in a midway to the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain (at the moment close for repairs). Without use public transport you arrive to the most important places, but if you need a... More
