We stayed in several different hotels during our visit to Italy, and the St. Regis was our favorite. The hotel is beautiful! When we arrived, they upgraded our room at no extra charge. The service is non-obtrusive, yet excellent. The room was very clean, and the all marble bathroom was heaven! The best shower ever, and the bathroom was very... More

We stayed at the St. Regis in late August for two days. We wanted to see Rome before heading out on a 12 day cruise. The hotel met all of our expectations, luxurious, super service and good food. Concerning the service, I never would have expected this. Before leaving for an afternon of sight seeing, I mentioned to housekeeping that... More

I chose the St. Regis because of the reviews on TripAdvisor and wasn't disappointed. I stayed at the St. Regis in March. Everyone was very helpful and friendly even though I don't speak Italian. I had a standard room with two twin size beds. It was very clean and functional. Loved the bathroom. All marble. The hotel was extremely quiet.... More

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Exceptionally helful staff. Room was excellent, facilities were wonderful, food was delicious. Definately one of the best hotels in Italy. Highly recommend and although expensive, you can see where the money goes.

We just returned from a four night stay here. We booked through SPG and used our AMEX Platinum, which usually gives us great service, but not at this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and large. Probably the best I have ever stayed in. However, service was horrible and no one at the hotel was nice. Maybe if you speak... More

This hotel was fantastic, we just returned from a 3 night stay June 19-21.We booked on spg and and reserved an imperial room on the buttler floor. We arrived early at about 9:30am and our room was not ready so the gentlemen who was checking us in walked us over to the restaurant and had us enjoy the breakfast buffet... More

If you like old world class and charm then this is the hotel for you. It was the first hotel in Rome to have electricty so it dates from the late 1800s. From the time we arrived to the moment we left we had stellar service. Our room was not ready upon arrival (and I didn't expect it to be... More
