The hotel is located within an approximately 15 min walking distance to the Spanish Steps. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and feels luxurious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and walked us up to our room. The concierge on the other hand was very unhelpful and could not be any less accommodating in helping us figure out how... More

Dear Guest, We equally appreciate your positive comments about the hotel location and the front desk staff, and your constructive criticism as they both represent an important instrument for us to improve. We are sorry if the concierge fell short of your expectations and requirements and please be assured that we will follow up with the entire team. Furthermore, please... More

If history is your thing and you would enjoy a taste of how St. Regis' 'society' guests holidayed 100 years ago, then this is the hotel for you. We very much enjoyed the 'back in the day' decor in our room and in the public areas coupled with all the benefits of modern technology and plumbing. Take notice of the... More

This hotel was great and we loved it. But my opinion might be skewed because I proposed to my fiancé there and she said yes. Hotel is a great location and staff are excellent. We only ate the morning buffet but all the food looked delicious. Definitely would return

My wife and I and our two boys ages 8 and 13 stay are currently staying here for 3 nights. I booked this hotel using SPG points. It is also our 15th wedding anniversary and I mentioned it to the hotel prior to our hotel. I am also am SPG Gold. The hotel guaranteed adjoining rooms and boy did they... More

We stayed here for three nights and the room was comfortable and the service was attentive. It is located near the train station and the subway. I'm not sure it's the easiest location for first timers to Rome because it's not centrally located to the major sites, but if you don't mind walking or taking taxis/subways, then it should be... We only stayed here one night, so do not have a lot to go on. On an absolute scale, i'd say the hotel is around 4 stars. Relatively for Rome, I think it's hard to go higher though because everything is in more or less the traditional, classical style. And, everything about this hotel is supportive of the St Regis... The St Regis Rome is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Republica, Termini Stazion, and more. This upscale property with an attentive staff is great for those looking to conquer old Rome on foot. Food and drinks at the hotel will set you back a few dollars, but the service is terrific. The... The St. Regis Rome is a magnificent property. It's décor is beautiful and thoughtfully maintained. The restaurant caters to travelers from the four corners of the world and the hotel's location makes it ideal for walking to various popular attractions. The real star of the show however, is the St. Regis' staff. Everyone from the hotel's manager to the gentleman... More
