My husband and I stayed at the hotel the night before our cruise and two nights post cruise. The hotel arranged for a car and driver to transport us to and from the port, 90 minutes away, and to and from the airport. The hotel staff was professional, courteous and eager to help, from the manager and concierge to the... More

I had the unfortunate experience of having my pocket picked on the day I arrived back in Rome (after a few days in Gaeta) and was due to book into the Napoleon Hotel for one night before flying back to the UK. The attitude of the staff at the front desk was truly excellent. They helped us with telephoning my... More

I had planned this amazing trip to Rome and Venice for my wife's birthday present, I did some research before choosing the hotel, and It wasnt till I stumbled upon the Napoleon Hotel that I found the one. A nice 4 star hotel with great ratings, and I was ready to make my decision. We got to Rome from Venice... More

We were a little skeptical about this hotel at first but we ended up absolutely happy. The rooms are not spacious but are well decorated and furnished. The front desk staff are marvelous and go out of their way to help you.

4 of us travelled together and we were all delighted with the hotel. Convenient for Metro (right outside the door) which means everything is within striking distance, Coliseum and Forum only 10 minutes walk. Breakfast lovely. Wide choice everything fresh. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would certainly return there if that coin in the Trevi Fountain works!! Only... More

We stayed at Napoleon Hotel for 4 nights in July. The hotel is closed to the train station (10 minutes walk) and the coliseum.(10-15 minutes walk). The room was nice, clean and add everything we needed. The breakfast is very good. Buffet with a lot of choices and in abundance. Good service The hotel in general is very clean and... More

This hotel is about 10 minuets walk from the main Terminal train station, the area is a bit dodgy but the hotel itself is lovely. The staff were happy to help. On arrival I was handed a map of Rome with the hotels location marked on it, This proved very useful. Breakfast was served in the morning with a great... More

Great service, even got a free bottle of bubbly on the evening of my birthday. The included breakfast was sensational. Room was cool thanks to the air con, cosy but welcoming. The beer and food prices at the bar/restaurant were good, as was the quality of the meals. We missed the wine tasting, but the barman happily gave us a... More

This hotel was a good find in Rome, although a little distant from some of the main sights, it is very well serviced by the subway, allowing easy transport to the sights. The staff are helpful and friendly. We were here twice during our time in Italy, the first room we stayed in was vastly inferior to the second, with... More

We can recommend this hotel. We had complimentary wine tasting (and talking) on the Friday evening which were awesome. Breakfast is good with lots of fresh fruit and warm buffet . Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small but clean and quiet.
