Very attentive staff! Particularly Mary in the breakfast & dining room, Simome, bartender & server. Everyone that worked at the hotel were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and not hesitate to recommend to others. An added bonus was when we were too tired from touring Rome all day the resturant was very convient for us and... More

The hotel is old but very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly but we moved after one night to a pre-booked hotel two blocks from the Colloseum. There was bad phone reception in the hotel. Couldn't make a call.

I actually found this hotel on Trip Advisor when looking for a hotel to stay at for three nights before our cruise. I chose this one because it offered what I was looking for: 1) The offer to pick us up at the Rome airport which is actually about 30 minutes away, 2) a nice room that was affordable, 3)convenience... I recently stayed at hotel Napoleon when traveling with 9 people. The triple occupancy two bedroom unit 601 had a huge terrace to enjoy. The staff was extremely nice and quite helpful in arranging dinner reservations and transfer service from the airport. The subway stop is literally in front of the entrance for easy access to city sites. I would... More

We wanted a hotel conveniently located near the Termini train station. This hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. Even the bed was comfortable. Unlike so many beds in European hotels, it was not hard as a board. The breakfast was excellent with numerous choices. The hotel was within walking distance from most of... More

We so enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet for sleeping, the room and bed comfortable, and the employees so helpful! We do not speak any italian, and they made our stay enchanting! This hotel is across the street from the metro stop, has a beautiful park and is a short walk to the train station. We really enjoyed the... More

A great friendly hotel in a good location although initially the area seemed seedy but was safe to walk around at night. The metro is directly outside the hotel which takes you to the Vatican, Spanish steps and Trevi fountains. The colossseum and the Forum are within walking distance of about 15/20 minutes. Just around the corner is a small... More

My family and I stayed here for three nights and had a very nice stay. The staff are very friendly, and make it feel like a very small hotel - always greeting us when we entered/exited the building and addressing us by our names. Don't know how they do it! The room was spacious - we had a large bed,... More

A little gem of a hotel we stumbled upon when booking a weekend trip to Rome. It is complete "chintzy" style of the 1990's, but not in a dowdy run down way, it's kept fresh and very clean. And if anything it all adds to its character. Staff at reception very friendly and efficient. Breakfast crew always with a smile... More
