We had a great stay at the Hotel Raphael. The hotel is beautiful and it's in a great location near many of the major sites (Pantheon, Piazza Navona etc). Service was excellent and nearly all staff spoke English, which made things so much easier for us. The free continental breakfast is very generous--fresh squeezed juices, breads, pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses... More

I chose this hotel based on trip advisor reviews. I must say it was a wise choice. The location, staff , service, room all were A+ The concierge service provided by Rita at the front desk was the best I have ever experienced. She planned each day for us and it was no less than perfect. Steve the waiter in... More

This was our first trip to Rome and we feel lucky to have stayed at the Raphael. The service from all staff members was exceptional, the rooms very comfortable (small, but that is expected), and we felt pampered at every moment! The included breakfast was fantastic, it had something for everyone - even a hard to please vegetarian like myself,... More

My partner and I stayed here 2 weeks ago. When we arrived we were offered presseco which we had in the lobby which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite. The lady at Reception was very helpful and gave us advice on where to visit and marked this all on a map for us. The decoration in the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and it does not seem like they have their act together. Upon arriving we asked the front desk to book a restaurant for that evening. They were not able to do it but did not tell us. They said no one, answered and they could not find a Web site. There is a Web... More

Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice. It's just not as nice I expected for the cost and for a 5* hotel. I spent a pleasant few days here but I was pleased to leave. The rooms are small, the staff are not that friendly and it doesn't feel luxurious. The hotel's best feature is it's location. It's right... More

Just 3 minutes from the hotel to Vatican, good location and safety area. Just 10 minutes, about 10€ by taxi from Rome Termini station, very convenient. Food is nice and service is excellent. I recommend you to stay at Hotel Raphael to enjoy Rome during 1 or 2 nights staying. You can get Marvelous experience.

What a perfect stay! From the very beginning to the end of our stay at the Raphael, everything was splendid. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and biscotti, kindly shown to our rooms and surprisingly received an upgrade to both of our rooms! The rooms are luxurious, clean, spacious and have fine views of Rome's classical buildings. The waiting staff... More

The Raphael is in one of the best locations in Rome. Just off the Piazza Navona on a quiet street this boutique hotel has a great staff. The renovated rooms are very nice. The breakfast and common rooms were very well done. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel is in a central location. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. We would recommend this hotel. We paid for breakfast and that wasn't worth it. The breakfast was vegetarian so we would skip on that if we stayed here again.
