From our arrival to our departure, this hotel was our home in Rome. The Via Veneto location and accompanying crowds was not yet at its peak therefore quiet reigned supreme. A lovely oasis near all that we wished to enjoy. The Westin staff was warm and welcoming, kudos to the arrival and door staff, our room large, clean and quite... More

This hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We had a great experience here. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were not great but they had lots of fruit and pastries. That was my only complaint.

We stayed in adjoining suites with another couple so we could take advantage of an adjoining room for breakfasts and an evening night-cap. The "Middle Chamber" provided a great common area that was completely separate from the rooms which were spacious & comfortable. Bathrooms were also large complete with bidet & large shower. Concierge service was excellent.

We were welcome from the minute we got out of the taxi. The staff were helpful and nice throughout. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary and were greeted in the room with a bottle of Sparkling wine and Strawberries, a perfect way to start our stay. Hotel has a rich classical decore. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.... More

I am a Starwood Platinum member and have stayed in numerous Starwood Properties. I can say this is one of the worst hotels for Customer Service. Great rooms and good location but terrible service. When you use your Starwood Points, the people feel they are doing you a favour.

This place was a wonderful old world beautiful oasis for us from maddening hectic Rome. We found the lobby elegant, the people friendly, solicitous, not at all pretentious, and the concierge very helpful. I would splurge for the sweet suite facing the Via Veneto, and if you can have breakfast included, it's an awesome spread. I am not sure that... More

This is a nice hotel, in a good location within Rome. The rooms and hotel are clearly built in a different generation, which has pluses and minuses. On the positive side, the rooms are big. The negative is that some rooms (ours) was internal facing. The restaurant was overpriced and the concierge was generally unhelpful.

This is my "goto" hotel when I am in Roma and I stay 2-3 times per year. It is perfectly located a 5 minute walk north of the top of the Spanish Steps. It is also just south of the gorgeous Borghese Gardens and the Borghese museum (a must see!). Across the street is Cafe De Paris....for delicious cappucino's and... More

This is a grand La Dolce Vita hotel with the benefit of modern amenities, most notably the Westin Heavenly Bed. Our large room---red damask, gilt, crystal chandelier, even upholstered closet interiors- was absolutely quiet and had frosty cold air-conditioning (unusual in Europe). The bathroom was very large and well appointed: double sinks, bathtub, separate shower and bidet. Staff was courteous... More

WOW! This is a gorgeous hotel in Rome within walking of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and more. Terrific service, cool bar and our room was extraordinary. We asked for and received an upgrade into a suite and were enchanted by the spaciousness, corner views and wonderful touches that Westin offers. Highly recommend! We'd love to return.
