We stayed here for four nights we have just recently arrived back home. I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are willing to go to extreme lengths to ensure your stay is great and are very helpful, rooms and the whole hotel is spotless, the free shuttle service takes you to the metro and can be arranged to pick... I stayed in this hotel for one day. It's ideal, if you travel through Ciampino airport and it is near to the airport. Also, you can use the shuttle for and to the Ciampino airport if you demand it from the hotel. The staff is quite polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. In the whole hotel... Myself and my family stayed in Room 10 as we were compelled to use this property as it was walking distance to our relatives who lived close by.We stayed on the 14th and 15th for two nights and from the 17th to 22nd November 2013 for a total of 8 nights. We met only 3 front office staff members in... More

Dear valued Guest, I carefully read your personal opinions about your stay in our hotel. As you can read mostly of our Guests grant about our kindness and Hospitality. moods. . We stayed there for one night after landing in Ciampino Airport. The hotel is in an industrial zone. The staff were very kind. The dinner was ok. The breakfast was what I expected from a 3 star hotel. We did use the pool. The room was in the annex section, so had a lot of light shining through. It was... More

We stayed here for 3 nights before travelling to Tuscany. We arranged for the shuttle bus to collect us from Rome CIA airport and we had no problems, rang the hotel when we landed and he was there within 10mins. 5mins drive to hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, rooms cleaned everyday. Pool area was also very clean and quiet.... More

It was only a 5 min drive from the airport. We checked in very late and were given a small annex room out by the car park. The room was clean and had a fridge and air con. Breakfast was very basic. Note that older Sat Navs may struggle as the road layout has changed. Google maps is now up... More

We had a garden room which was ok. The room was clean and it had a fridge and a small TV. The wifi worked well during our stay. The hot water turned cold every time I showered. The air con didn't work and when I called the desk the guy said he would come and fix it, he never came.... More

I traveled to Rome with my boyfriend and grandparents last July. Upon arrival we got a taxi from the airport (Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci airport of Rome) That was 1 hour away from the hotel! We thought that it was the closer airport only minutes away from the hotel! (Ciampino) We payed around 90 euro for a taxi between... More
