I was very pleased with this hotel. I read the complaints of it being outdated, but didn't find them justified. My family and I stayed here as it was close to the airport for a next morning flight. The provide transportation to the airport @ $2.50 euro/each. You need to check with the desk for departure times.
I paid for...

Stayed for one night prior to staying in central Rome, using the free shuttle bus from the airport 8 trips a day, info was scanty from airport info, but was right outside of terminal at the end of the coach lines. Then we took the bus from the hotel into the city, 4 times a day and were dropped off...

Stayed here for business in Rome.
Specifically chose it for quick getaway to airport.
There arevshuttles to town and to airport and taxis if needed are there within 5 mins.
Good room, nice space, proper shower, would definitely stay again!

I am a frequent traveler and have been going to this hotel for a number of years. I would warn you that it is starting to fall apart and cleaning staff is having a hard time keeping up. Say away from rooms that face the pool since they are very hot all day and night (even in the winter). The...

This hotel is in a business district and, in my opinion is unsuitable for tourists. It caters for large groups and conferences - so be warned, it could be very busy. In my case, the location was convenient.
My room was spacious but totally devoid of any charm whatsoever. The bed was comfortable, but that's about as far as the...

And here comes another disappointed traveler, lured by a free shuttle at the front page of the hotel website. The same story: complained to Priority Club, directed to the hotel manager, who sends their useless web-page address which has “FREE SHUTTLE” in the middle of it. Who would go and check out what exactly this free shuttle means unless you...

I have to agree with a number of reviews I read of this hotel, and am deeply disappointed that after filing a complaint with Priority Club and the ICHotel Group to find out that a number of people over a considerable period of time have been complaining on TripAdvisor about the same issues.
For those lured in by the promise...

The hotel is old property and since it is in a business district travellers can expect less service from the front desk. Breakfast is great with so many staff helping you. Rooms are old and bathrooms need repairs. Location is ok. Nothing really nearby to eat or go out.
