I'll start with the good. . .room was clean and spacious. No complaints. That's it. Desk staff rude. Hotel restaurant typical Holiday Inn. . .however, host reprimanded us for not having a reservation for dinner. Really? It's not exactly a 5-star restaurant. . .plenty of empty tables. Still made us stand for 10 minutes before seating (with a definite attitude.... More

Stayed here as the other Holiday Inn in Auralia were full. Nice place, as I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Food pretty much as one would expect too. Not good, but not that bad. Room was tired looking and in need of a refurb. Rooms clean however. All in, the hotel was ideally suited for me. As I rent... More

The experience in this hotel was quite bad. Honestly it not deserves the 4th star.  The first day the check in was quite chaotic and the staff at the reception was a little bit rude. The room was old and it didn't have the wardrobe (in a 4 star hotel!) so we had to open, and use, the suitcases on... More

I would not recommend this hotel! The location was near the airport and they offered a shuttle for 3.50 euro per person one way to airport as well as a downtown Rome drop off...this was the ONLY good thing about the hotel. It supposedly received four stars, however, the hotel staff was rude and were NOT helpful, our wallpaper was... More

The hotel is convenient to FCO and that alone is enough to give it 4 stars - but it is also clean, quiet, and has large rooms. We stayed in a room with two double beds, and for a brief second, I forgot I was in Europe. The shuttle to/from the city center is 3.50 Euros (I see there are... More

This hotel is nice but not very close to Rome. The only transportation to Rome is the shuttle which is 9 euros a person and it leaves at sporadic times or a taxi which would cost about 60 euros. If I came to Rome again I would definitely stay in the city not outside of it. The staff is mostly... More

I, my husband and about 45 others stayed here as part of an Italian package tour over Easter 2012. The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean and updated. Travellers should be aware that hotel staff charge them twice for the same stay. Staff charge travellers second time after they have left the hotel.

Dear guest, I was really surprised to learn that our hotel charges twice our clients. I really can confirm you that it is not true.
