If you're in Rome, you're not spending the whole holiday in the hotel, it's nice enough with comfy beds and good sized rooms (as long as you don't have a corner room). The breakfast is good - lovely cakes and pastries. Excellent location - walked everywhere easily! Feels like a good safe area late at night too.

Pick up from airport was late but worked fine. Hotel has got s nice design and the room was great with a small jacuzzi in the bathroom. Located really central with walk distance to all of the main sightseeings in Rome. All in all a very good hotel.

The hotel is so-so. 2 stars can be put. What's bad: almost no hot water, staff from Ukraine and Serbia and not very friendly, it's cold in the bathroom, heated towel rail not working , no light bulb in the lamp, not the air-conditioning does not close the window in the bathroom, narrow corridor, room for three explicitly designed for... Good location, near St. Peters, some fine restaurants and a busy shopping street (non touristy) nearby. Hotel offers complimentary pick up at the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced car to take us back to the airport for our early morning flight. Wi-fi is available in the comfortable internet room in the lobby. We stayed... More

We went to Rome in late November for a last minute chance to have an audience with the Pope! So wanted to stay closer to the Vatican area, and found this charming hotel! It's a very typical European hotel - nothing grand or overly fancy, but perfect! The staff speaks perfect English and helped us with so many things -... More

In November 5 days we spent at the Atlante Garden. Clean, (sheets and towels were changed daily,) comfortable, warm, quiet and the staff most helpful and welcoming. No intrusion but there when needed. Ready to solve issues quickly, (I left my mobile phone in a taxi and immediately a phone call was made and my phone was retrieved!) Breakfast was... More

Stayed in the Atlante Garden hotel in a very large and comfortable room. Service was excellent and transport to and from the airport was well appreciated. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast, but there was plenty of choice and it was very fresh. The hotel is close to the Vatican and museum so access to sites was good. It is... More

This hotel was in a great location for us. A few mins from the Vatican with great transport links for the metro, buses and hop on hop off, although walking across the river to the centre was easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving advice on booking attractions and arranging our taxi back to the airport. (We used... More

Lovely spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, great location, friendly helpful staff, would recommend. order a return trip shuttle bus from airport for around 35 euros for two, avoid taxis at all costs . Fill up water bottles on the go from the numerous water fountains, eat out in a cafe style, bistro for value, order drinks in most bars& get appetiser plates... More

We wanted to stay on the outskirts of Rome since we had rented a car. This hotel was within walking distance to the Vatican. It was a pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service was prompt. The food could have been better but I would definitely stay here again.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
