At the airport we were picked-up by the Hotel's shuttle. Upon arrival at the hotel (40 min drive) we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who spoke good English. The hotel lobby consists of a separate wifi room with sofa's, a full-size bar with bartender and a beakfast room. Our standard room was large, clean and well maintained, with... More

The hotel is very convenient for the Vatican and the tour buses. The staff were most helpful and friendly and could not do enough. The room decor is very traditional and in keeping with the flavour and character of the area - everywhere was kept clean and in good order. We really felt the hotel was good value - and... More

The Atlante Garden Hotel is my favorite hotel in Rome! It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The first time that I stayed at the Atlante Garden I selected it because i could walk practically anywhere in Rome from there. The staff is amazing, the service is efficient, the rooms are large and comfortable, and when I stay there I always... More

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, but it needs modernising and brightening up. A great location for the Vatican and eating out, and a spa bath was a nice surprise! We were more than happy as it was a prize holiday!

A pleasant enough stay if you want to be within a five minute walk to the Vatican City. The unassuming lobby is made better by the comfortable rooms, but beware the old beds. Mine was broken on one side. Also, they don't have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is a put-off for me. However, the staff... More

I frankly can not believe such a place can stay in the market. Maybe thanks to its convenient location. In my case I only have very bad things to report: room poorly furbished, bed very unconfortable, parking service not to be mentioned and, at the end, not even such a cheap place. My only advise: to be avoided.

I'll start with the positives. The location - 10 minute stroll from the Vatican. Cab ride to the Colosseum cost 15 euros. Everything else is walkable. The positives: the staff are all lovely and helpful (my partner popped out to get coffee and it started to rain so the receptionist ran out to him with an umbrella cos he hadn't... More

We arrived late on a Friday with two friends and were told that one of our rooms wasn't ready. They sent us round the corner to one of their other hotels (Atlante has several hotels in this area) - it was terrible, but I'm reviewing that one separately. Anyway, we were back in the Garden the next morning, they moved... More

We have just returned home from Rome, this hotel is in a good location, right by the Vatican and not too far to walk to bus routes. We spent four nights here and although I don't think it is a four star hotel, it was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. To be honest it was in need... More

the location of the hotel was great. right near the vatican. also there's a metro station 5 minutes walk, and the main square with buses 2 minutes walk. on the street there's few restaurants and bars, and many shops on the near by streets. on the hotel the staff was very kind and welcoming and the hotel is not expensive....
