In November 5 days we spent at the Atlante Garden. Clean, (sheets and towels were changed daily,) comfortable, warm, quiet and the staff most helpful and welcoming. No intrusion but there when needed. Ready to solve issues quickly, (I left my mobile phone in a taxi and immediately a phone call was made and my phone was retrieved!) Breakfast was... More

Stayed in the Atlante Garden hotel in a very large and comfortable room. Service was excellent and transport to and from the airport was well appreciated. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast, but there was plenty of choice and it was very fresh. The hotel is close to the Vatican and museum so access to sites was good. It is... More

This hotel was in a great location for us. A few mins from the Vatican with great transport links for the metro, buses and hop on hop off, although walking across the river to the centre was easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving advice on booking attractions and arranging our taxi back to the airport. (We used... More

Lovely spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, great location, friendly helpful staff, would recommend. order a return trip shuttle bus from airport for around 35 euros for two, avoid taxis at all costs . Fill up water bottles on the go from the numerous water fountains, eat out in a cafe style, bistro for value, order drinks in most bars& get appetiser plates... More

We wanted to stay on the outskirts of Rome since we had rented a car. This hotel was within walking distance to the Vatican. It was a pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service was prompt. The food could have been better but I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel met all our expectations and the staff catered to our various needs. Breakfast is from 7am, but they will provide a breakfast box for those leaving very early. They can book at the Atlante Star restaurant, but I recommend booking early because it is very popular.

Great location, roof terrace garden. Nice European breakfast. Walking distance to Vatican and St. Peter. Friendly, non-obtrusive staff. Great value. Airport shuttle. The hotel is very close to almost any major point of interest. And - you can't beat the price!

We couldn't fault the friendly service we received throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of retro character. It's central location to all the main sites was very handy, particularly the Vatican City which was a 5 minute walk. I'd definitely return

Great Hotel! LOCATION - Amazing location, literally 2 minutes walk to the Vatican and about 5minutes walk from Ottoviano metro station. Also just over the road from 'Sorpasso' which is a great little place to have a drink. ROOM - it was a little dark but very nice, very clean, unfortunately the tap to fill up the jacuzzi bath was... Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
