This hotel is situated just outside the center and is a good hotel with decent rooms, free wifi and good breakfast. The room has a shower in the bath and it is difficult to take a shower and keep the bathroom dry. The check-in took ages. The person behind the desk was typing for at least 5 minutes and I... More

This hotel was fantastic. The front desk was always helpful, the morning breakfasts were good, the rooms were clean and well taken care of; even though they are much smaller that North American rooms, nothing was lost in the experience. The air conditioner worked well and we could cool off from the summer heat. And the hotel was very clean.... More

Conveniently located for sight seeing. The elevators are a little small. Nice room. Check air conditioning. They fixed mine quickly. Great breakfast. They don't offer currency exchange. Well worth it.

Stayed at this hotel with 12 family members with 5 rooms for one night before a cruise. All the rooms were renovated Except for one which we were told was an old room with very bad air conditioning. Hotel has a nice lobby, bar and restaurant. Free wifi and breakfast with many choices included with rate. Walking distance to many... More

Nice clean room. Great conference rooms. Lovely breakfast. Short walking distance to most tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend others to go here for business purpose. Maybe not for families.

Hotel facilities themselves are fine - room, dining, conf. areas, all average to good. Staff - ridiculously unhelpful. Example: We asked if they could call a restaurant to see if there was room, and my Italian is not so good. They just said "No.. if you don't have a reservation, you can't go."... they wouldn't even call.. So, I called... More

Hotel was good for what we needed. Nice pool area, gym and rooms were clean and nicely cared for. Concierge took care of us in regards to getting us to airport on time for our trip home .. Dinner was good nothing fancy.

We stayed there a couple times to be close to airport. Shuttle was great - only 6 € each way. Concierge was friendly, however male host in restaurant was rude and made us feel unwelcome. All other service at hotel was good though. Concierge was helpful with directions to market and restaurants in area.

    Staying in Prati

    Neighborhood Profile
    Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
