It was a beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast buffet. I think I ate something different every morning!!incredible baked goods-yummy! The hotel was close to the Vatican and we walked everywhere we wanted to go! Loved it and love Rome😍 We slept with our windows open and there was very little noise.

It is situated in a quiet leafy street off of Via Colle de Rienza, the authentic Italian Rome just over the bridge from Piazza del popolo and piazza Navona. There are lots of fabulous bars, restaurants and shops there and you feel really safe at night away from the tourist areas. The rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable, modern and well... More

Good points: - Location, location, location (this hotel was in a great central location for visiting Rome. 2 mins walk from the metro and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. On one side of the river were the main sights and on the other side The Vatican. - Friendly & helpful staff - Great breakfast buffet - Clean, comfortable & welcoming... More

My daughter and I booked this hotel for 3 nights through last minute.com as a 4* Mystery Hotel near the Vatican City and we were very pleased. We bought a return bus ticket on the flight for €11 which took us to a bus stop just an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. I had booked a double room,... More

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were checked into our room at 1pm enabling us to change and start sightseeing straight away. The room was on the small side but the bed was king size and extremely comfortable. Very clean bathroom with excellent shower. Cold breakfast very good... More

Rooms are small but well appointed, and clean. The hotel internet is ABYSMAL. There is free in-room wi-fi, but it is as slow as a glacier (reminded me of old dial-up services of the 90's). You can pay for 'higher speed' wi-fi, but save your money. The ONLY difference between the Free wi-fi and the higher speed option, is the... More

Top room and breakfast!!! But the service in the bar was terrible! One waiter totally ignorered us and we did not feel welcommed there!! Bad experience for the whole family! We ordered a coffee but it tasted like water. There waiter was very unfriendly when we complained. This makes me think twice the next time I will visit Rome unfortunatly!

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
