Stayed for 3 nights as part of a group. Twin room was good, fairly typical of a city chain hotel, a good size with a large bathroom with bath and shower. Hotel is in a quiet, pleasant, location with easy access to 'central' Rome across the Tiber, close to the Castel Sant' Angelo and about 10-15 minutes walk to the... More

Stayed here through Titan Tours. Rooms were unclean. Bathroom and furniture very tired and dingy. First room view was looking at an air conditioning unit. We will never travel with Titan. I believe they pick the worst rated of the 4 star ratings. Not value for money.

When arriving this hotel, it may seem a bit old and outdate, but it is the complete opposite. Clean beds, clean floor and in excellent location in the heart of Rome. However, the bathrooms are very small and cramped. The mini bar was not working, therefor one must drink hot beer and other beverages. The cooling system was a terrible... More

The staff at this hotel the best I have encountered in taking care of customer needs. From the front desk, the restaurant, to housekeeping each department's staff went out of the way to ensure that our stay went as planned. In 25 years of hotel stays in Rome this staff is by far the most pleasant I have encountered. Particularly... More

This hotel was included in my tour package. We were part of a bigger group for a tour of Italy and France. The hotel was average, nothing spectacular. Room size was okay, breakfast not bad. It was a good walk to the Piazza del Popolo, which was a nice place. Some good shopping and eating places also abound within the... More

Stayed here at the start of our Italian travel. Nice hotel, clean, aircon, wifi. Small supermarket 1 min walk away and only 20 min leisurely walk to the vatican. Breakfast is defo worth taking as an amazing selection of fruit to pastries top meats etc. Not bad price for what you get and in a nice quiet area. Would stay... More

This was my third hotel while in Italy and this was my only disappointment. No option for a smoke free room. Two couples that had rooms booked well in advance did not have them when they arrived. The business center is one pc with a printer that you have to pay to use if you need boarding passes. Carpet very... More

Having stayed near Via Veneto and Borghese Park, the hotel location presents the opportunity to attain another perspective of Rome, I felt more like I was local. Although I loved being near Borghese Park and close to Spanish steps and within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and Coliseum when staying near Via Veneto- the NH Leonardo da Vinci... I was in Rome on Business trip, was probably the only one around on Business in May :) .. Chose this hotel because it was close to the city centre. It is a fairly decent hotel. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. I had 1 day to see Rome and I was instantly provided a map and was recommended key... More

The Carpet was extremely dirty and stained in room. Walls were marked up in room. Air conditioning was poor. Bathroom needs updating and attention. Lobby very crowded with large groups and not much seating available. Tiny elevators which were also very shabby. Staff was pleasant but this alone is not worth the stay in such a run down property. Neighborhood... More
