OK its a big, rather ugly chain hotel, but its in a fantastic location which means you can easily walk to many of Rome's iconic locations. It doesn't have a lot of character but the rooms are quiet, comfortable and a decent size... The breakfast was AMAZING!

If you're looking for a decent hotel with great (included) breakfast buffet and on walking distance from all the major historical neighborhoods, look no further. The rooms could use an extensive renovation though. We stayed in a superior room which was ok but not great.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 5 nights. Rooms were larger than we expected, quite comfortable and quiet. We had an adjoining room which gave us plenty of space. Staff was great. We only had a problem once with a taxi driver that the hotel ordered for us. Delivery of bags was slow, we were with a... More

Hotel was probably nice at one time, but woefully outdated. Location is the best thing about the hotel, but not worth staying. Lobby is nice, but appears little has been updated. Rug in room was not clean, pictures on wall moved which left old spot on wall when they recently added flat screen tv. Personnel was nice, but stay away... More

I couldn't believe the response I got when asking for an iron at reception. I was told in a very surly manner that it was “forbidden and dangerous” to allow guests to have access to irons. Not what you want to hear when you have an important meeting first thing the following morning. Basic, functional, not good for business travellers.

Got there with set expectations and we were not disappointed, This is thw perfect place for all sorts of people, and specially if you want to walk and get to know the City. Close to the Vatican, very near a subway station, and perfectly fit for a short vacation. Rooms are well fit, beds are comfy and even though you... More

I stayed at this hotel during a short stop in Rome (1 night) on a business trip. The room (4th floor, nr 419) was nice and comfy but it lacked a bit of a personal touch. And in such a hotel (not really cheap) you would not expect to see an old cathode ray tube tv! Anyway, the bathroom was... More
