We stayed here bc we were excited to get to rome and have an awsome location. Little did we know we were staying in a horrible place. They dont change the sheets and or towels. The service at the front desk was good, but breakfast sucks which doesnt even have eggs. The ac doesnt work... The cleaning ladies left our... More

The shower door was broken and they never fixed it I PAID A 4 STAR HOTEL TAX BUT THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EVEN REACH 1. Don't stay here stay in the streets, the side walk is better bec at least it's kinda cold at night. The AC had a lock so you could not make the room colder, TERRIBLE BREAKFAST:... More

This hotel is in a good location. Hotel is next to a busy shopping street and in a few minutes you will walk to the vatican or the metro. Staff was also very friendly and answered all our questions. Facilities are clean and our room was spacious. Breakfast was regular for what we have had in other hotels in Italy.... More

I stayed at this hotel with a tour group. None of us were really impressed or disgusted. The rooms were decent but bathrooms were gross. Wifi was good but breakfast was nothing great. The hotel was located by lots of restaurants, an ATM, bars, and shops. It's also not a bad walk from the Spanish Steps and city center. We... More

So my family and I go to the hotel and we had room for 4. The lady at the front desk said that she was going to give us two rooms for 2 because the air conditioning was not working in some rooms for the same price. One room has air conditioning and the other did not. I went down... More

It is not 4 star, it is maybe 2,5. We got a small dark room with old fashion furniture. Bed was enough good but any other services are below the average. Breakfast was poor. Only good thing is the location, it is near to Vatican. I won't go back.

Well to begin with the check in was pretty smooth with the lady at reception in spite of being only 3 weeks into Hotel guided us quite well. However the real horror starter post entering the room. The Air Conditioner didn't work and it was terribly hot in Rome (34 degrees). In spite of many requests, nothing was done and... More

The hotel is very old, it says it is a 4-star hotel, but for me is like a 1.5 star, the "restaurant" is ver bad and dirty. The hotel's internet fails at night and morning, thus there is no internet. It is not that close to Vatican City, so there's no need to book in the hotel, you will have... More

I would rate this hotel OK; beds are ok; room is ok, air conditioning a bit noisy! elevator: a pity for staff, as they do not have their own and have to share with "unconscious" guests who do not care about how hard they work! about the breakfast, it is just catastrophic, bring your own juice and coffee! very limited... Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
