Location of this hotel is one of the best things about it, 10 minute walk from the metro, 10 minute walk to Vatican city, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel receptionist was friendly enough and helpful. For breakfast there was a good variety, nothing too special. Rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned as expected everyday. There was free... More

This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. We had a room on the 5th floor (501) and immediately upon opening the door, you could smell the sewer gases (there was also a water stain on the bathroom ceiling). The bathroom was even worse. Thankfully, we could open the bathroom window, although it opened onto a shared balcony so... More

Not a 4 star at all! The room was hot and the air conditioner was set by the front desk who kept it hot! The free wifi is in the lobby only and is very slow by any standard. I was very vocal about how unhappy I was about the heat and even called the booking company but they could... More

I heard it to be a 4-star but if it is so, a bad one, though it would be a great 3. I couldn't navigate through already a few channels on tv and the screen faded frequently. Room was also small, but had enough comfort -- for a 3-star. The receptionists (they worked as service staff in the breakfast room... More

I recently stayed here with my wife during the rugby 6 Nations weekend. I had booked the hotel because I thought it was in a good location and was shown as 4 star. I paid 4 star prices for a 2 night stay and had requested a room with double bed. Upon arrival I was greeted with a request for... More

Good hotel with easy access to public transport-could benefit from some maintenance but for the average tourist it has everything you need and more.Well priced with rooms that are comfortable enough.Overall a pleasant stay

We went in and had to wait ages for our room. Once we arrived, i sat on my bed to realise all the underneath was broken and i wasn't able to sleep in it. After this we then found stains all over the bed covers (blood) and we asked to get them changed, they were changed shortly after to another... More

The building and location are good. Though it could maybe use a bit of a refurbishment (ie: stained carpets) the accommodation is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced too! The hotel was very busy during my stay and guests were having trouble finding a place to sit and eat their breakfast although there was a good... More

I wasn't crazy about the room it seemed like it could use a makeover. But you cannot complain about the wonderful location. walking distance to shops. We had breakfast as part of our tour group. It was ok not a big deal. Wifi is not in the rooms but the lobby.

A few days ago I stayed at this hotel. I usually do not like to writing negative reviews. However I feel that this one deserve it. Upon arrival the checking desk the receptionist was not there, had to wait a while. The single room I reserve was very tiny and dark so I went back to the very unfriendly receptionist... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
