My family and I stayed here for a short break in the easter holidays. We found the concierge to be incredibly knowledgeable, he spoke excellent english and was very friendly. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The porter was lovely, friendly and funny, and very hospitable. The room was clean, large and traditionally decorated with... More

Visited for 6 nights, superb location within easy walking distance of all main attractions in central Rome. All staff were very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast choice good, cereals, juices, cold meats, cheeses etc also bacon & scrambled egg. Rooms decorated to a good standard very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Very pleasing stay overall.

Stayed for four nights - Giuseppe on reception could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Transfer service to the airport was no problem and all requests dealt with professionally and quickly. Fantastic location for all the sights of ancient Rome. A bit noisy at night due to the bar outside and the room was a bit on the small... More

This hotel is brilliantly located for walking to many of the attractions. You just cross the road and go down a flight of steps and there is Trajan's column, next to Il Vittoriano and handy stops for many of the open top bus tours. The Colosseum & Palatino are literally only 10 minutes walk and the Trevi Fountain 5 minutes... More

A very comfortable, clean room in a very classic hotel in an extremely excellent location. The Forum, the Coliseum, the Musem dei Fori Imperiali, the Mercati Traiano, all within easy walking distance. Nice selections for breakfast included in the morning, and many excellent restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

We found ourselves in Rome unexpectedly and were lucky to find the Hotel Traiano. We received a very warm reception and had a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is really delightful and is well located for the Forum and Coliseum. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. A really good place to stay.

Hotel great value and an excellent location! Not far from the bus station and metro.. taxi to the airport will cost around 35 euro so whilst its cheaper to get a bus and walk to and from the station, it will take you at least 20 mins. Room was perfect, spacious and very clean.. cleaner was lovely and polite! Friendly... More

You pay for the location, it really is in a great spot. Our room was not too bad, good size room but small bathroom (nothing out of the ordinary for Europe though). We also had a small side room which gave us extra room to keep our luggage. Tv didn't work. Breakfast was average but would stay there again.

I looked for ages online for a fairly decent hotel that was close to all the sights. This place is in the perfect location for all that!! The roman forum is just a couple minutes walk away, colluseum - 10 mins and Trevi fountain less than 10 minutes. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean every day. The shower... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
