This hotel has great service with happy employees so willing to help. The rooms are all unique in size and decor. Breakfast is the usual, pastries, fruit and yogurt. My only complaint is the noise from the bar on one side of the hotel. It can be very loud, very late. I have learned to carry ear plugs with me... More

Hotel Traiano is a delight. Located within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, the Senate, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Clean rooms, private bathrooms. It is right across the street from the Trajan Market Museum - worth the 1/2 day visiting price.

The Traiano Hotel is a very nice hotel located in a great section of Rome. It is walking distance to the Colisseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and many other attractions. My friend and I were lucky enough to have our room upgraded. We had a bedroom with a very large bed that could be separated into two and a... More

I stayed at Hotel Traiano for a nearly 5 days, and it turned out to be a perfect location as majority of sights are at a walking distance. The window view was breath-taking, the bed was comfy and the room clean. Throughout my stay I was continuously amazed by how lovely and friendly the staff were - Steven serving breakfast,... More

Travelled as a couple in January. Really enjoyed the stay, staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good, exceeded our expectations. Location was fantastic, cannot stress this enough, so central! Our only disappointment was that we booked a double room and it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable. Other than that,... More

My family and I stayed here for a short break in the easter holidays. We found the concierge to be incredibly knowledgeable, he spoke excellent english and was very friendly. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The porter was lovely, friendly and funny, and very hospitable. The room was clean, large and traditionally decorated with... More

Stayed for four nights - Giuseppe on reception could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Transfer service to the airport was no problem and all requests dealt with professionally and quickly. Fantastic location for all the sights of ancient Rome. A bit noisy at night due to the bar outside and the room was a bit on the small... More

This hotel is brilliantly located for walking to many of the attractions. You just cross the road and go down a flight of steps and there is Trajan's column, next to Il Vittoriano and handy stops for many of the open top bus tours. The Colosseum & Palatino are literally only 10 minutes walk and the Trevi Fountain 5 minutes... More

A very comfortable, clean room in a very classic hotel in an extremely excellent location. The Forum, the Coliseum, the Musem dei Fori Imperiali, the Mercati Traiano, all within easy walking distance. Nice selections for breakfast included in the morning, and many excellent restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
