I certainly lead a 38-member group and had to relocate the entire group to another hotel. The problems were numerous and widespread in all the rooms we reserved - no air conditioning, dirty carpet and curtains, mold in the bathrooms, stains on the ceilings, dirty A/C vents, hazardous conditions with ripped carpet in the main stairway and unhinged metal on... This was at best a two star hotel. Had to change rooms four times to get one that had minimum functions. The worst travel lodge I have stayed in was better than this hotel. The hotel was a good 30 minute walk from the Vatican, at a fast pace and about the same for the nearest underground metro system which... More

The reception staff were nice but that is where it ended . The room was hot with poor working air conditioning , The carpets need desperate replacing and the breakfast was a combination of fresh cakes and dyed out Mortadella . The minibar was switched off with a half filled bottle of Coke in it. I was expecting more than... More

97 degrees in Roma and half the rooms have no air. There were 38 of us and the "knowledgeable" travel agent booked a dump. You arrive and there are 4 stars on the door - with all due respect to those who said this was 4 star property and to the people who gave the stars, it is apparent you... More

Here's the scenario.... 1. When we walked in, the lobby was not air conditioned and very hot. That was our first warning sign. 2. When we checked in, the hotel demanded our taxes up front. (48 euros for four nights, per couple) That was our second warning sign. 3. When we got to our room, the a/c did not work,... More

I stayed here with a tour group so they placed four girls in one room. For the amount of people in the room, the room was very small. There wasn't much space for four of us to move around comfortably. The bathroom was a decent size as was the shower. I didn't have many issues with the room other than... More

Tiny room with mould on the ceiling. No wifi coverage in room. One key for a twin room, though it was so small it may as well have been a single! Mattress was just cloth covered springs and no sound proofing between rooms. I accidentally left two items of clothing in the wardrobe after checking out. It took me a... More

But the bar above it never open?(asked 4 different receptionists why and received 4 different answers as to why not ,one being only open in winter season?)if a drink was required in evening after been out or before going out we had to go to roof terrace/restaurant where...
