I stayed here with a tour group so they placed four girls in one room. For the amount of people in the room, the room was very small. There wasn't much space for four of us to move around comfortably. The bathroom was a decent size as was the shower. I didn't have many issues with the room other than... More

Tiny room with mould on the ceiling. No wifi coverage in room. One key for a twin room, though it was so small it may as well have been a single! Mattress was just cloth covered springs and no sound proofing between rooms. I accidentally left two items of clothing in the wardrobe after checking out. It took me a... More

Nice Hotel, but a requires a little TLC.. Reception area very nice.. But the bar above it never open?(asked 4 different receptionists why and received 4 different answers as to why not ,one being only open in winter season?)if a drink was required in evening after been out or before going out we had to go to roof terrace/restaurant where... First I have to complement the Staff of the Quality Hotel Nova Domus. If there was a way to rate the Staff and actual hotel separately they indeed would get a 5 Star. Now the Hotel could use a little paint. But if they were to put money into their guest rooms I recommend new mattresses. Until then ask for... More

My daughter just returned from a fantastic holiday in Rome, she was there between the 25th and the 29thMay. She stayed again at the Quality Hotel Nova Domus and had nothing to complain about .Staff at the reception were always very helpful.Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. She would definitely return to this hotel if she will... More

Staff from the reception is accommodating, we arrived at the hotel early so they suggest to leave our luggage in their locker room and come back by 3pm. When we come back in the hotel, the room that assigned for us was hot, they suggest to keep the window open but since the hotel is located beside soccer field, you... More

Stay away from here if you have any expectation of using the Internet. I cannot emphasize this strongly enough. Even a simple thing like checking email took 2 hours to get sufficient signal strength, and even then it kept dying. Browsing the web - forget about it. The signal strength is so poor that you literally cannot get any webpage;... More

Fairly well situated - around 10-15 minutes walk from the Musei Vaticani - but the hotel itself was very poor quality and how it gets a rating of 4 stars is a mystery to me. Television that looks like it belongs on a hard rubbish collection, no telephone until we asked for one, air conditioning that didn't work so the... More

This is not a 4-star hotel. It was hot, and the air conditioning doesn't go on till May - very noisy with the windows open. Disappointing too, that the bar wasn't open while we were there. And the bidet leaked............. However, it was good to have fresh flowers on the dining tables. Whoever looks after the plants and flowers does... More

A lot depends on which room you are in. I was just along the corridor from Commodore Chris and although there were some details in the room which needed fixing -e.g. the TV didn't work and the air conditioning wasn't due to be switched on until May- they weren't issues which bothered my room mate and me. The hotel is... More
