This hotel was awful. The room we were assigned smelled like two week-old garbage. We notified the staff and they said they would come by. We left and returned a few hours later with it still smelling like garbage. We told the staff again and got the same response. We aired out the room for several hours and the smell... More

We spent two nights here. Upon our arrival as part of a large tour group, the staff advised that we had to be escorted to our room because it was hard to find. This was beneficial as we otherwise would have struggled to find it on our own. It was up a few floors, down a long corrider and then... More

Good location, clean hotel, good value for money. We stayed here for 4 nights with a group from Belgium. Breakfast was fine, dinners were excellent with a great variety of the Italian cuisine. Hotel has done some new investments with new flatscreen TVs. Thanks to the good service at the restaurant, in particular to Domenico & company.

This hotel is in a good location. Ideal to walk to the Vatican. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. We arrived on Sunday afternoon. We were given a room that was cold and had no hot water from the bathroom taps or the shower. We reported it three times. On Monday morning, we still had no hot water. My... More

Not conducive as an international hotel. Would not return. Food mediocre. No international service for television and spotty internet. Slow elevators and small so difficult to move baggage. Was like eating with a commune in a basement. Mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable.

This hotel was horrid! After having to cart our bags from level 1 to level 2 & walk through the restaurant to get to our room we were less than impressed once settled. The air conditioning didn't work & neither did the promised free wifi! To access the wifi we either had to go back up to level 2 &... More

No soundproofing between rooms and our neighbours were keen on taylor swift kareoke at midnight (both nights of our stay). We could hear all lyrics and their conversation when they talked. They then moved on to loud Italian tv. Reception didnt really take action when we complained - just came upstairs listened outside their door and said it was fine... More

Adequate if you are looking for something close to the Vatican. Old rooms that need work. Weak WiFi which is common in many Italian hotels. Wouldn't let us check in until 2:00 even though rooms were available that had been cleaned. Our room overlooked a soccer field with lots of noise until around 8:00. The meals in the restaurant were... More

We've just checked in and I'm already hating this place. Normal level 1 rooms were locked up so we had to carry our luggage up to level 2, walk the entire length of the hallway and then take another lift back down to level 1. Then a walk through the middle of the restaurant to get to our room. We... More

Stay clear, awful hotel, got flea bites in bed. Really dated rooms, toilet seat broken, lights keep fusing. Can't wait to leave. Feet sticks to the dirty carpet. I'm a guest "get me out of here" air conditioning not working,
