The staff were extermely helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautiful, cool and comfortable. The location is right by the Vatican(easily walkable) and close to the metro for everything else. We chose this hotel online due to its location. It is literally on the "street" to the Vatican City. The hotel Desk clerks speak excellent English, and are extremely helpful in any area you need. I booked my trip on hotwire. Usually I don't have a problem. This time I was dissapointed. The hotel has nice hallways but that is where is stops. The rooms are dark and beat up.
