I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The shower, however, flooded the floor almost every time one of us showered and we couldn't figure out how it was happening. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is far from the city center but within a 15 minute walk of the Vatican... More

My family and I just came back from our 4-day-trip to Rome. We stayed in Nova Domus and it was a very good experience. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk away from Vaticano and it's close enough. There's a supermarket near by and a metro station 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is clean with kind, friendly and helpful... More

Not far from the centre but nothing much as a hotel. Tiny rooms, old carpets.. luckily we were out enjoying Rome all the time so it was ok.. The staff were nice and helpful. Next time I would try somewhere else though.

The room as a base was fine, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. The breakfast is also nice with a variety of pastries, scrambled/boiled eggs, cheese, meats, breads, cereals etc! However, took 24 hours for us to be supplied with towels, no wifi, bar shut whole time we were there, shutters on our windows were broken, luggage... More

I certainly lead a 38-member group and had to relocate the entire group to another hotel. The problems were numerous and widespread in all the rooms we reserved - no air conditioning, dirty carpet and curtains, mold in the bathrooms, stains on the ceilings, dirty A/C vents, hazardous conditions with ripped carpet in the main stairway and unhinged metal on... This was at best a two star hotel. Had to change rooms four times to get one that had minimum functions. The worst travel lodge I have stayed in was better than this hotel. The hotel was a good 30 minute walk from the Vatican, at a fast pace and about the same for the nearest underground metro system which... More

The reception staff were nice but that is where it ended . The room was hot with poor working air conditioning , The carpets need desperate replacing and the breakfast was a combination of fresh cakes and dyed out Mortadella . The minibar was switched off with a half filled bottle of Coke in it. I was expecting more than... More

97 degrees in Roma and half the rooms have no air. There were 38 of us and the "knowledgeable" travel agent booked a dump. You arrive and there are 4 stars on the door - with all due respect to those who said this was 4 star property and to the people who gave the stars, it is apparent you... More
