Staff from the reception is accommodating, we arrived at the hotel early so they suggest to leave our luggage in their locker room and come back by 3pm. When we come back in the hotel, the room that assigned for us was hot, they suggest to keep the window open but since the hotel is located beside soccer field, you... More

Stay away from here if you have any expectation of using the Internet. I cannot emphasize this strongly enough. Even a simple thing like checking email took 2 hours to get sufficient signal strength, and even then it kept dying. Browsing the web - forget about it. The signal strength is so poor that you literally cannot get any webpage;... More

Fairly well situated - around 10-15 minutes walk from the Musei Vaticani - but the hotel itself was very poor quality and how it gets a rating of 4 stars is a mystery to me. Television that looks like it belongs on a hard rubbish collection, no telephone until we asked for one, air conditioning that didn't work so the... More

This is not a 4-star hotel. It was hot, and the air conditioning doesn't go on till May - very noisy with the windows open. Disappointing too, that the bar wasn't open while we were there. And the bidet leaked............. However, it was good to have fresh flowers on the dining tables. Whoever looks after the plants and flowers does... More

A lot depends on which room you are in. I was just along the corridor from Commodore Chris and although there were some details in the room which needed fixing -e.g. the TV didn't work and the air conditioning wasn't due to be switched on until May- they weren't issues which bothered my room mate and me. The hotel is... More

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We paid 12 Euros per day for 4 star hotel tax but the air conditioning does not work, the bidet floods the bathroom , the bar is not open. The restaurant is so overbooked we have to eat out, the TV was broken, now working but only Italian channels. The list... More

Can't see how this hotel would be 4 star rated. It's dodgy and run down in need of lots of maintenance. Rooms are dirty and there was lots of noise in corridor after midnight. Neighborhood seems as it would be unsafe at night time. Would avoid this hotel

I have to admit that this hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The only positive thing about the hotel is the food. Everything else is worthless. The rooms smell , there isna cockroach in the lobby, we have problems with hot water. Not recommended at all.

After travelling many hours to arrive at the hotel the last thing you feel like doing is being met with unhelpful rude staff. I had spent a few nights in Verona and had driven down with my daughter (8 years old) to Rome for two days and we were due to spend the night in the hotel. When I came... More

We had a visitor we called Karl in the bathroom. The hotel staff that was male was a bit arrogant. Not to helpful. Smelt musty and there were a water leak in the hotel. The breakfast was an average breakfast and okay if one was hungry. Most suitable for young teenagers or local guests.
