What a Stoke of luck finding this place, a great location just about 1/4 of a mile from the collosium when we arrived we were met with a beautiful building the B&B was on the 3rd floor via a small lift, we were shown to our room which was large, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was all set out for breakfast... More

Lovely, very clean, very very pretty. Comfortable kitchen at your disposal all day. Very helpful people. The accepted not to send a deposit (because there were capital controls in Greece) and relied on my saying that i would go. Definitely would go back there!

Hotel Labicana is perfectly placed on Via Labicana which lies just a few hundred meters from the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum; so it's location is near perfect. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with many pictures in frames of monuments and from moments in cinema. Air conditioned with a fan on the ceiling that is... More

Beautiful building, 3rd floor with access to a tiny lift from level 1 however Alexias met us on ground floor and took our luggage so no problem. Pretty, yellow themed, front room with windows which open onto street, traffic all day but we slept fine with closed window at night. Ceiling fan in room was much appreciated as Rome was... More

Booked this B&B fairly last minute and was happy with price paid. One of the owners was at the property to meet us on arrival. The actual B&B is set in an apartment block and consists of three guest bedrooms and a kitchen/breakfast area. The property was clean, our room was large with a good size bathroom. There was free... We rented an apartment for 5 days while in Rome on the second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. We even had Wifi, 3 tv's and a beautiful view of the main street (which gets pretty noisy) but with the windows/shutters closed not loud at all. Slept with all the windows open during the night for a... More

Stayed in the purple room for three nights with my sister. We arrived and was shown how to use the keys and what was available in the breakfast room. There isn't a reception as such, but there is a desk outside the rooms in the hallway with a telephone and a wide variety of leaflets in different languages to suit... More

My husband and I had an excellent five nights in May staying in the Labicana 42 B&B. The B&B itself is actually three separate rooms in a third-floor apartment, with a shared kitchen and a reception area. There is a lift but it starts on the third floor with about 15 steps to it so is not an accessible place... More

Labicana 42 was very easy to find... we arrived in Rome mid-morning, so went for a walk round the Coliseum and Forum are... from there, the B&B is 5/10 minute walk down a straight road. Also, it's only a few minutes from the nearest Metro station. Easy peasy. The B&B is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building... More

My S.O and I booked the green room for two nights, and it was nice having our own little room while in Rome. I think it was Alberto who met us at the entrance of the apartment, and then Monica, inside the B&B. They were very kind and showed us our room, the breakfast room and how to use the... More
