Stayed here for 3 nights and I was a bit worried at first as I normally am when staying places! Struggled a bit finding it at first as it is located between cafes and shops. Had to walk up 6 flights of stairs but I didnt mind at all (Kind of needed the exercise after all the food and drink!).... More

It fulfilled everything that it was expected to and much more. Breakfast in bed also worked as wake up call. Very friendly service, large room and good value. Only problem, it's located on the third floor and has no elevator service. Great for romantic weekends.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September and found the location to be handy. There are bus hears by and St Peters Basillica is a five minute walk away, unfortunately we did not have a view of this from our room. The room was clean and modern, with a TV (BBC World is the only English channel). You can... More

We rented this apartment (turned into hotel room) from Miriam for a couple nights and had an excellent experience. Miriam was so accommodating. She provided us with an amazing breakfast each morning and provided us with assistance in carrying our bags up to the 3rd floor. I thought that this would be an issue, but it was trivial in comparison... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't wait to leave! Every night we could hear not only the other people staying there but the residents in the 5 story building were very noisy, including there dogs and until all hours of the morning! Bed was hard, pillows lumpy. This is far from a hotel as it is stated it is... More

Also, within few minutes to San piretro and castel sant angelo. My rooms were very clean and the stuff were amazing especially (Miriam). She made our stay unforgettable by providing us all... More

In the morning our room smelled of freshly brewed coffee and Croissants (breakfast great). Marco was very helpful and kind (great service). What is left to say ? Spacious bathroom, Good Wifi, cable flat Screen... More

Hotels location is fantastic for the Vatican and St. Peters Square. The square is literally a 2 minute walk across the street from the hotel. Yes it is on the 3rd floor of an apartment block and there is no lift but dont let that spoil it. The hotel only has 3 rooms we were in the one facing the... More

There could be a few improvements, one of them: the light shining through the glass panes in the doors. Should and can be fixed! And I'm not the first to comment on this. When the owner himself wasn't there, breakfast was late (20 mins!) and messed up our schedule. This schedule was mainly to adjust to THEIR breakfast times and... More
