Stayed in the private double. Very, very nice. Even got a free bottle of wine from the owners as a welcome gift! 25 minute walk to the city center in the middle of scorching hot August was a pain, but probably not so bad during cooler months. Metro very accessible.

If in Rome, you must stay in this hostel!! The hostel is situated in an apartment building and is run by 2 brothers Fabio and Domenico. Fabio is amazing, he is fun-loving but also very caring and will help you in any way you can. And he loves taking selfies!! But he is respectful of everyone's needs and tries to... More

Staying at this hostel made my trip to Rome memorable! Whether you're traveling alone, with a friend or as couple, this is the one place you should book when planning your trip to Rome. This is due mainly to the awesome owner, Fabio, who will do everything to make you feel at home, getting out of his way to help... More

We've just stayed here for three nights and have to say it was a welcome respite from some of the rubbish hostels we have been in. It's in a great location, it's clean and Fabio could not make you feel more welcome. We had a double room with a balcony and felt more like we're in a hotel, it was... More

I was visiting Rome with a friend for a wedding. Compared to all the other guests at the wedding (who all lived at a hotel same distance from the city core) me and my friend: - we paid less - got a cosy and fun atmosphere - had free wifi - got free access to the hostel computers - free... More

If you are going to Rome, you can't find a better place to stay than Dreaming Rome Hostel. Fabio is the most accommodating host and one of the nicest people we met on our trip. He provides a great overview of the city and great advice if your time in the city is limited. This is a very social place... More

This place is great. Especially if you are travelling solo like I did you are guaranteed to meet people! I met new people every day of my trip thanks to the homey and cosy communal area. It's a tad small but it still manages to cram everyone in at dinner time where Fabio will make free pasta for everyone! The... More

This place is amazing. It was the best hostel we stayed at on our trip through Europe. It shouldn't even be classified as a hostel as it's not the typical hostel you would expect! We stayed four nights and loved it. It was easy to get to from the metro stop based on directions on the website and we were... More

If you are a solo traveller and want a place with a fantastic friendly atmosphere then look no further. Fabio is a great host and went completely out of his way to make my experience in Rome unforgettable. Free breakfast was great and group dinners were fantastic for meeting other people. Great hostel, great vibe.

The hostel is very easy to find from Termini station and close to the metro stop. Very eccentric decor, Fabio was such a great host! He makes dinner every night, which is great for travelers on a budget. Some downfalls I found were, only having two bathrooms, very very small common room, and not having a maximum age requirement for... More
