As a solo traveller who had never been to Europe before, staying in Dreaming Rome was one of the highlights of my whole trip. Fabio and Domenico make every effort to create the ideal accommodation. This means being welcomed to a super clean apartment, having computer/internet access, and also being hosted by best local advisers to help you book tours,... More

I've lived in Rome for a few months back to 2008/09 and went back there in 2013 and 2014. I'm pretty sure that this is the best hostel in the city. The guys are realy friendly and take such a good care of the place. I was trevelling by my own and had the best time making some friends there.... More

I stayed at Dreaming Rome Hostel for two nights. I had a lovely greeting when I arrived and had a comfortable stay. Plenty of hot water and I even came home to a chocolate on my pillow the last night. Breakfast is included but contrary to many reviews, dinner is not. From what I understand, there are dinners provided sometimes... More

This is the best hostel I have stayed in on my whole backpacking journey across Europe and asia. I have never been so well looked after, the owners go above and beyond for their guests. It isn't the cheapest hostel in all of Rome but because breakfast AND dinner are included it is definitely the the best bang for your... More

The service and attention that you receive as a guest at this hostel is what stands out the most from my stay here. Every day both brothers came by to say hello and ask how I was doing. Fabio is one of the most social people I've ever met and the nightly pasta dinners were a great way to meet... More

I ended my two month trip around Europe with a one week stay in Dreaming Rome Hostel. As I walked in, Fabio welcomed me with a glass of Prosecco, and I was home. If you are trying to find a place to stay in Rome and you're reading this, you have found it, this is your hostel. Although I had... More

It is a nice hostel and the staff are some of the most hospitable and nice people I've ever come across. I have no complaints. The common area is also nice to meet new people. There are also cheap good restaurants around the hostel and it is pretty close to the metro.

We stayed in a private room at Dreaming Rome Hostel in August 2014. The room was very nice with a private balcony. The staff were extremely helpful by helping us find a free carpark outside the hostel when we arrived. The free breakfast in the morning was basic, but ok, and tied us over until lunch. The only down side... More

Such an amazing place! We recommend this hostel to anyone in search of an affordable warm and cosy accommodation that breathes happiness in Rome. Thanks a lot to the two awesome brothers for hosting us during two days in a place that really felt like home. We will come back!

Fantastic hostel. Firstly as everyone says Fabio is a great guy, he is extremely friendly and helpful, he acts like a father to everyone. When we didn't know where something was he walked with us to show us. He cooked for us in the evening and couldn't do anything more for us. The hostel itself has a two floors, lockers... More
