I cannot speak highly enough of this hostel. The host went out of his way to make sure we had a plesant time in Rome. The room was lovely. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink. The host then proceeded to point out all the well-kept secrets of Rome. The other people staying at the hostel were great fun.... More

Fun and quirky little hostel. I honestly picked it because the pictures looked funky and reminded me of this Italian restaurant in the states that I like to go to. The hosts are amazing! So friendly and so helpful. In my month-long backpacking trip in Europe, I don't think we had a more helpful host than Fabio. It was an... More

Stayed there two nights in a private three bed. Atmosphere was ok. But nothing special. Interior makes impression of a brothel. Breakfast is poor too. Was out of certain things at 8 already. Cleaning is ok. Price horrible. 105 euro per night. Go to a hotel. Hostel experience is poor.

Simply FANTASTIC!! When I first arrived, I was a bit concerned because the hostel is in a residential building in a fairly quiet neighborhood, so I didn't think it was centralized enough but I was in for a pleasant surprise. Fabio, the owner, greeted me with a glass of champagne upon my arrival and promptly gave me a map with... More

For people who love tiny, very intimate hostels and lots of interaction between guests and the host, then this place is for you. While actually a two bath apartment with rooms filled with bunk beds, this place was really okay....just not what I was expecting. At this hostel you are very much staying in someone else's home (with lots of... More

Fabio, the owner, is fantastic. He and his brother are very informational and strive to make your stay in Rome as interesting and eventful as possible. My hostel-mates were great and they have family dinner every night at 7 to foster friendships. I am still friends with everyone I met while at the hostel. The owners encourage the travelers to... My friend and I stayed her for a couple of nights in September. We'd had an awful day and kept getting lost trying to find it (our fault). We were hot, sweaty and tired when we arrived. Fabio greeted us with a bowl of fresh pasta on arrival and our space in the "pink everything" girls room! All was well!... More

The hostel's best asset is, by far, Fabio, the owner. He welcomes you with a glass of orange juice, gives you a map where he points all the main locations you might want to visit plus a few tips, does free pasta nights and is just the best host you can get in an hostel, always available for your boring... I cannot speak more highly Of this hostel. On arrival, I was so pleasantly greeted and given a glass of champagne and a bowl of pasta! The others in the hostel were so quick to say hello and I immediately felt so welcome and included. The location is a little out of the main area, but only a 5 minute... More
