My family and I stayed for a week at Residenza Maritti. Very friendly hosts that goes a long way making your stay comfortable. It's location is in the middle of everything. We are definitely staying here next time as well.

We loved the Reisdenza Maritti in Rome. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Gian Luca who welcomed us warmly, showed us our lovely accommodations and took us promptly up to the rooftop terrace to show us the beautiful view and give us recommendations on where to go, restaurants, attractions and even showed us where things were on a map to... Unbelievable hotel. Pier, one of the owners, is the nicest and most helpful person. My wife and I had a great time here. Awesome location just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum. A/C works great lol, it was very hot in Rome. great bathroom and bedroom. Ines room had a beuatiful view of the ruins. And the price is... More

You can't find a better location, value and view than with the Marittis. The Maritti brothers, Gianluca and MarcoPietro, have a phenomenal property. We were lucky enough to have the top floor with its mind blowing view and private terrace. We would eat breakfast and have sunset cocktails out there. Having the kitchen was a wonderful perk as we were... More

We loved it here. When I read another review that said it was possible to stop at the hotel between seeing the sights of Ancient Rome, I was sceptical, but it's true. The location could not be more central. The room was basic but fine. It had AC which was important. Bathroom is small, but it does the job. The... More

My husband, mom and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved the place. Gianluca was very accomodating and helpful with our needs including arranging the cab to pick us up from the airport and drop us off to the train station. He is readily available for any question/concern. The location is convenient to almost all the tourist spots... More

My wife and I stayed here for four days from the 17th April 2015 and found the location to be second to none with amazing views. On our arrival we were greeted by the extremely helpful and welcoming; Gianluca, one of the two brothers whose family own the property. He gave us the low down on where all of the... More

I stayed 15 days at this charming, family-run pension. The location is set in the heart of Ancient Rome amidst the Roman Forum, right off Via Imperial, the main thoroughfare. It is within walking distance of many, many major attractions as well as bus and metro lines. Also, there were many good restaurants nearby. The building itself is comprised of apartments... More

Luigi and his family made our stay here very comfortable. This is his family home and you are invited to join him like his family. The decor is very traditional and you stay on a separate floor to the family so are left to look after yourself. You do have to help yourself to breakfast but there was plenty on... More
