So many things to love about staying here. Highly recommended and i wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I stayed here at the beginning of my trip and again just before i left. It felt like coming home. Thank you to the lovely host, for making our stay in Rome perfect.

Myself and brother travelled to Italy on vacation to visit family in the Pordenone region. We landed in Rome and spent 2 days there seeing the sights. From the roof top terrace you can see most all the attractions anyone would like to see. The colosseum is a short 5 minute walk from this B&B. The roof of the Pantheon... More

This hotel is perfectly situated among all the attractions you want to see in Rome, but still quiet and quaint. Our room had a king sized bed, ensuite bath--both newly renovated. Beautiful, with a nice view of Augustus’ Temple ruins. WE didn’t make use of the roof terrace but which we had during our short stay. Can’t say enough about... More

The ideal place to stay - clean, beautifully decorated with simple modern interiors, and with everything you need. A floor of the family building has been transformed into three gorgeous rooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a small, shared dining room and kitchen where you help yourself to breakfast and can use the fridge for your own food.... More

If site seeing is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you to stay as you don't even have to leave your room. The view we had from the bedroom window was magnificent. There is a giant wall directly in front of the window (which admittedly doesn't sound good!), but that is actually an ancient wall... More

Brothers Pierfrancesco and Gianluca Marritti gracefully and efficiently run this family business. Several floors of a beautiful old building, a stone's throw from the ruins of original Roman Forum, have been developed into spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms around a central sitting area, and best of all, a kitchen. We felt like we were LIVING in Rome, not just visiting. The... More

This hotel was recommended in my guidebook and online. I stayed there for five nights, two in a back room and three in front. I originally booked the back room for its quietness after a long flight. It was fine, but I am very glad that I moved to the front for the later part of my stay: it was... More

This is a lovely hotel with a great view of the ruins nearby! The room was quite large for European standards and very comfortable. I was a single but had a large bed and roomy bathroom en suite. The rooftop terrace was charming and the host was very accommodating and helpful. This is an excellent value for central Rome -... More

We had a wonderful stay in Residenza Maritti. Wonderful hosts in this beautiful hidden gem right in the center of Rome. Luigi showed us the gorgeous roof terrace and pointed out walking routes and sights to see from here and recommended nearby places to eat.

Unfortunately only stayed one night. But it was the best night of our 6 weeks in europe. View was amazing from room Ines, position of the hotel is the best for tourists so close to colessum and 5 min walk to bus/ train station. Best part is the service. Gianluca and brother are amazing, 5 star service, ensuring your stay... More
