Our room was on the top floor, and there was a balcony at the end of the hallway, available to those staying at the hotel. We would sit and enjoy the sunset in the early evenings sipping a glass of wine. The view from there was amazing, especially looking out at all of the different domes dotting the skyline and... The best and most memorable experience can be made here at their New Year's Eve Gala Party. The four course meal was outstanding along with belly dancing,a opera singer, a Tenor singer and an accordionist. Very fun and down home feeling capping off with a toast on their rooftop terrace overlooking the Colosseum and the city's fireworks!!

Very good place to stay. Near Colosseo and not far from other turistic places. Except Vatican. We spent New Year Eve at the hotel. Nice party na great food. Midnight we saw fireworks at the top of the building with view to Colesseo and nearby neighborhood.

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your review. We are glad to hear that you found the location convenient for visiting Rome. This is a super little hotel - friendly staff and really nice rooms. Food was good (although I only ate breakfast here) and the roof terrace is fantastic for morning and evening relaxing. Location is 5 minutes' walk from the Coliseum and close to a few nice pizzerias. The hotel is a little pricey during the season, but this is... More

I spent several nights in a terrace roon 6 th floor ( ask for the corner facing coliseum ). Simple, clean with great view on garden terrace. Also spent a couple nights in a less expensive room with tiny balcony view of older apartments. This too was charming, kind of like visiting a little of the cozy, friendly "real Italy"... More

First let me say that you need to pay a little extra and request a 6th floor room with a view of the Colosseum. We sat on our balcony every morning and evening just taking in the view. It is magical! This hotel is a boutique hotel located about a 10-15 minute walk from the Colosseum - in fact, you can see the Colosseum from several of the rooms and at the end of the street when you exit the hotel. The hotel is gated for security but it's not needed in this quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is exceptional.... More
