This hotel has the best of what every traveller needs. Fantastic knowlegable staff. They really make sure you have eveyrthing you need or want. We loved the location of this hotel in Rome. It was walking distance to the bus stop and sites of ancient Rome. The staff was so helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations and transportation. They even went out of their way to call and follow up on a missing piece of luggage!
