This place is located at the Monti neighborhood. Right behind de Forum, a few steps from the Colosseum and the "Altare della Patria". You easily can get any direction to the most important places in Rome. Even Trastevere and The Vatican are not that far (just have to be in good shape to walk). Monti is a very interesting neighborhood.... More

Hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Having advised them of our wedding anniversary prior to travel we were delighted to be given the Premium Suite on arrival. The hotel is only minutes away from many of Rome's ancient attractions and there are many bars / restaurants on the doorstep meaning you don't have to venture far in the... More

My wife and I stayed for three nights in September. We were given a free room upgrade and allowed to checkin early which was very nice after our overseas flight. If you are planning on visiting the major Roman ruins it would be hard to beat the location - 5 min from the Colosseum. The staff were all very friendly,... More

Yes you should walk up the narrow staircase to your room but you can use the elevator (closet sized lift). These rooms are the size of average American master bedrooms at the most but highly well-appointed and completely comfortable. This location is what makes it so great for a tourist. We walked to Borghese gallery from here and we are... More

Great location. Handy for the main sites but tucked away sufficiently from the noise of a busy city. Superb breakfasts. Modern rooms and fittings. Very helpful with tickets to the opera and taxi to airport at very reasonable rate. Put on a free Rome tour for guests on one of the days we were there. Couldn't fault and will be... More

Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite on the ground floor which was very clean, spacious and well equipped. As it was our first time in Rome, Antonio was very helpful with giving us recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. The location of this hotel is also very central and convenient yet... This small centrally located hotel offers excellent value for money (especially if you pay cash and make your booking on the hotel's website). I stayed in a very charming, modern and comfortable room. I had a single room but felt I had more than enough space. The breakfast was more than ok, not an enormous amount of options but enough.... This very chic hotel is in the perfect location to walk to several of Rome's fabulous antiquities. Mario's next door is great and the front desk could not be more helpful! We will tell anyone who asks about this private hotel. The Nerva is the one!

Beautifully furnished and brilliantly located, Nerva Boutique Hotel was a fantastic experience and really contributed to our holiday. Right in the heart of the Monti area, the hotel is on the doorstep of Rome's historic centre and is also in the middle of first rate restaurants and bars. As well as being presented in a lovely modern style, the hotel... More

I stayed here for 6 days. If you go as a single person, a budget room is sufficient. The location is within 10 min walk of the Colosseum. There are lots of good cafes nearby. The customer service was outstanding with the front desk person who helped me out with where to go. He checked to see which place is... More
