we recently stayed at this hotel and booked a suite. very helpfull staff, hotel spotless, free mini bar (juice beer water) lovely little terrace, free wifi, the buffet style breakfast was fantastic. Located within walking distance to most places of interest (once you get your bearings !!) but there is public transport on the main road at the end of... More

We stayed with our 8 and 11 years old kids at this hotel for 3 nights during our Rome holiday in July. Overall impression is positive. Since the hotel is in the old building the elevator is very small. The same for room, it is small and it was not so easy to share the space with 2 children. Location... More

Great hotel with very helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was good and the scrambled eggs were the best i've ever tasted!! Well located for most attractions, nice bars and restaurants nearby. Only fault were the uncomfortable beds.

Just wanted to add what everyone else has said - its a very nice hotel, very clean, in a centrally located area. Its right near termini although I used taxi's more than the subway it was only a short walk away. I was here for two nights with my 11 year old son and the staff was friendly and very... More

The hotel has a central location in the Quirinal district, just a small walk from Termini (train station connected to the airport). We stayed here for one week, and had a nice stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast, ok WiFi (free) and a great minibar which is complimentary (free). The minibar was filled with beer, water and soft drinks every day.... More

Now admittedly be had a 'penthouse' suite which had been recently re-furbished but I must confess that we were very impressed with the room, the hotel (and the staff). We paid a similar tariff (NZ$600 per night) to the (Executive) hotel room in we had in Paris but the Britannia room was far superior. Nice little extras were a complimentary... More

Stayed with my husband in mid-July. The location of the hotel is really good, It is not far from everything - metro, bus, railway station, shops, restaurants, etc. As for the room we stayed, I did not expect a room that small - actually the smallest for our entire trip in Italy. It barely offered sufficient space to open our... More

Ok so the staff here is great. The reason this hotel is not highly recommended by me is that the rooms are not really all that clean. In fact my wife was a little scared at the appearance. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on. The plumbing is subpar. There was only one temperature in... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. ( 3 here and the first night was in its sister hotel due to a water pressure problem effecting rooms on and above the 1st floor ) - was fine with us though - taxi provided each way and room at the sister hotel was a lovely suite - so all good there ! Anyhow... More

Arrived in Rome to the delights of this wonderful little boutique hotel. Charming and full of character; offering everything you need from a good hearty breakfast to a complimentary daily stocked mini bar! Great location and helpful, friendly staff make this hotel even better. Currently in Sorrento and will be back in Rome and to this same hotel in a... More
