Located just blocks from Borghese Park and an easy walk to the Metro, this B&B (who knew they had them in Rome?) was exceptionally clean, the staff very friendly and helpful with restaurant and travel tips, and the in room breakfast was delicious. It is just blocks from the US Embassy, a downhill walk to the subway, and it is... More

Across from the US Embassy, Domus Via Veneto is a lovely guest house and perfectly located to walk to all the sites in Rome, the Metro and the main train station. We had one of the larger rooms-modern, immaculate, comfortable. Hosts helpful.

Had the pleasure of staying at this pearl for three nights during a recent visit to Rome. The owner, Gianluca together with his exceedingly friendly parents and caretaker Monica provide an incredibly personal experience. We had some issues with the booking, which they went above and beyond to address. Everyone speaks excellent English too, which was a big bonus. Room... More

We spent one night in this beautiful 'hotel' in September and absolutely loved it. If you want to be in an upmarket area, walkable from Termini and just a close walk from Borghese Park, then this accommodation is perfect. It is extremely easy to find and the area is very quiet, with wide streets. I never imagined that I could... More

A very good guest house of its category. The location in the building is slightly hard to find. You need to come in and turn left, and then turn right to find stairwell C. Would have been nice if they came down and got you, but not a huge deal. The breakfast is a continental breakfast of simple pastries and... More

Cordial and helpful staff, clean room, beautiful room (the pictures dont' do it justice). The owner, Gianluca went out of his way for us and even gave us his personal cell phone number. Rich breakfast. Easy parking. We even had our own wifi router for our room. Incredible location for Via Veneto/US Consulate visits. And the price was awesome!!! If... More

My husband and I stayed here one night in August and one night in September this year. We had very nice stays. Gianluca and the rest of the staff were very friendly. My husband and I know Italy well as we lived in the country for several years, and were impressed with the professionalism of the small b&b. It is... More

I stayed there with my girlfriend last August for a whole week. This was our first big trip together and choosing Rome and Domus Via Veneto was problably our best choice ever. Rome and B&B staff were excellent.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
