Great location, very clean rooms, ok breakfast, superfriendly staff and not too expensive. The rooms are more spacious than we were used to in other hotels in the same area. If you visit Rome, this hotel is the place to be!

This hotel offers great location, quite close to Termini train station, tube stations and quite a few major attractions are located nearby. Room and bathroom were surgically clean, breakfast offered good variety of sausages and pastry. Friendly and smiling staff.

We have just left the hotel and we really had a pleasant stay here in Regio. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and specious. I really don't have any bad word for this hotel. Location is also very tempting.

We were here on our 2nd visit to Rome and this hotel was much better than the previous in 2010 (hotel Nizza). Rooms are very clean, fair in size, bathroom large, breakfast good (buffet) and friendly service. The floor is not covered in carpets but some sort of marble (including the reception) which we liked and it was really clean.... More

I came to the hotel with no expectations - it was a really nice surprise! The room was clean, not very small. The hotel is located 10 min from the train station- a bit tricky to find at first but it is not in the dodgy areas around the station so I felt safe. The breakfast was ok and the... More

When I stayed here in Dec 2011 it had been renovated. Found the staff very professional, friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was good size for European hotels, very clean. Great location to main train station Termini, and also many cafes around the area. Definitely good value for the money while in Rome.

A friendly hotel with professional staff. I would like to give special praise to the receptionist who originated from Sardinia. It is rude of me to forget her name, but her kindly attitude and good advice was very much appreciated. We bought a Roma Pass, as the Hotel’s location is great for the Metro and also a large number of... More

Just got home last night ,everything was fine at the Regio Hotel,a bit noisy from the street, where many young people frequented, very handy for hop on hop off bus, also very near bus terminus.Generally we were quite happy with this hotel, after all it is quite cheap for Rome, so good value for money, also the breakfast was very good, yes I would go back... This was my second stay at Regio. We chose to go back because of Regios location. It is only minutes away from the main train station in Rome along with several bus routes and metro station. It is also very close to the Repubblica metro station. The rooms are large enough and clean. Breakfast is served downstairs and was enough... More

While this hotel was not right next to the sights of Rome, it was only 500 metres from the main train station, which also had stops for the hop on-hop off sightseeing buses. This made it an easy spot to sightsee from, with the added bonus of easy access on arrival and departure from Rome.
