When we arrived at the hotel we entered by the side door. This opened on to the lift and stairs. A alcove to the right led into another room and I could see the reception beyond this. At the reception I told the lady I wanted to check-in. At this point she looked at me and walked away. She then... More

We have just checked into the Hotel Trevi Collection, or at least tried to. We arrived at about 11:30am and were ignored for about the first five minutes at the reception despite several people at the desk and were told that we could not get our room till 14:30, fair enough but it had been booked for three months. We... More

This hotel was great. We had a quad room (super King and two singles). There was still room to move around without bumping into each other or our stuff! The room was very clean and modern. It had a huge lovely bathroom with dual sinks. Separate shower and bath, with a big tub. We stayed in room number 308. The... More

2 blocks from the Spanish steps, 5 blocks from Trevi fountain! We walked everywhere, even to the Vatican (30 minutes) or take an 8 Euro cab ride! The hotel itself was modern and clean with free wifi. I prefer boutique style hotels over big box, and this one is a great example of why - better value, unique, a more... More

The location of this hotel is Perfect! You are right by the spanish steps and can walk to the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum. The rooms were very clean and modern. The wifi worked well. The girls at the front counter were very helpful on restaurant recommendations and directions. The only negative i would say was the older gentleman at... More

I was in Rome for my graduation with some of my family we had three rooms all different standards. They were all very clean and spacious as were the bathrooms. Breakfast was not the best but it was ok. The location is great you are on the Spanish steps and surrounded shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly but... More

A great location with superb service, they accomodated us with every request, always with a smile, the room assigned was a bit small but they gave us a bigger room with a larger bathroom. The hotel is decorated with taste quite modern with all amenities such as WIFI flat television and up to date bathroom accesories. The breafast room is... More

We've staid at the hotel for 5 nights, it has a great location, 5 min' from the Spanish steps. We did all Rome by foot and the location of the hotel made it easy… The only 2 reasons that I didn't give the hotel a perfect score is: 1. our room was small 2. The breakfast room wasn't big enough... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
