Loved our stay. Clean, modern. Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Valentina's breakfasts offer so much and she makes the best cappuccino in Rome! Staff were frindly and nothing was a problem. Worth every cent.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights 7-9 September and found the hotel suited us perfectly. A comfortable bed, an excellent shower & bathroom, wifi that worked, an adequate breakfast served, curiously, in the 5th floor restaurant. Yes, the rooms are small but we do not need a large bedroom to rattle around in. The rooms are designed in a... More

The room was decorated well, clean and the air conditioning was a godsend. Situated halfway between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain it is ideally placed for walking. Everything we wanted to visit was within a 20 minute walk. Check in isn't til 3 but we arrived early and they kept our luggage for us so we could go... More

We stayed one night at this hotel, even though we booked for two nights. When we arrived the first day, receptionist told us that they were overbooked, so they transferred us to one of their sister hotels which is close to Colosseum. Hotel was ridiculously small compared to the one we were supposed to stay, but they still charged the... More

We stayed in Rome for 8 nights. We are 4 adults and booked a quadruple room. The room is gorgeous. We got newly renovated room on the 3rd floor. The room is very small but I guess we should expect this in Rome. Their breakfast is awesome! We will definitely go back.

Hotel so-so considering the price. Staff not over-friendly. Troubles started after check-out: we concluded we forgot 2 shirts. A problem not uncommon to the hotel-business so we thought this would quickly be resolved. Sent email: no reply. Sent second and third emails: no reply. After finally calling them they confirmed the 2 shirts we left behind were in fact found.... More

Good location, breakfast included which is convenient. Ask for an expresso so you don't have to drink the awful coffee that is out on the buffet. Staff is not friendly but not rude either. You have to ask for everything. I had the quad room. nice view and size. We love Rome and will be back. We prefer outgoing friendly... More

Just returned from Rome and stayed at this hotel. The room was lovely, clean with towels changed daily and toiletries replenished daily. The breakfast area is a bit small and when busy difficult to get food/drinks. There is a small bar where you could get drinks/coffees and we were also able to take these to our room. The AC was... 1) Extremely rude receptionist called Fernando. Proceeded to blame me when they had previously advised us of an incorrect booking time. Then admitted they'd made a mistake but continued to argue with me. The absolute worst receptionist I've come across ever must be doing severe damage to the Hotel. I'll be taking my complaint to the Group owners. 2) Room... More

The location is excellent as its right in the center. Only 2km walk to some of the far places. Breakfast is terrible as it feels like it was all slopped together. Very busy and no space in the breakfast room. They claim it is a buffet but certain foods they refused to fill once they were finished. They screwed us... More
