The last April I was in this hotel, it was really good. The hotel is in the centre of Rome, at 15 minutes from Fontana Di Trevi. I really liked because the rooms were quite big and the food was delicious. The "problem" was that the Wifi signal didn't arrive at the rooms and you had to be in the... More

This hotel is in walking distance to the most romantic places in Rome: Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, close to the subway, so you can quickly get to other attractions that Rome has to offer. Start your day with a big breakfast, with choices of Italian pastries, eggs, fruit, deli meat, bread and more! They even offered us breakfast to... More

Functional and good selection of food for breakfast. Easy access to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps and about 25 mins to Colossium area. Avoid 5th floor as the restaurant is there....and it was very crowded....although they are in the process of extending it. Go to the roof too- the views are spectacular. Many great restaurants nearby. also be warned....they perfume... More

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are modern in style and pleasant. The desk staff folks are terrific. The only problem I had was minor - the hairdryer in the room wouldn't stay on.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and so also close to many other tourist sights. You can beat the location. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated although we had a room that was adjoining and you could hear the neighbors. Only poor thing to say is that the breakfast buffet left a... More

We stayed in Rome for three days and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The location was great and we found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, the shower was amazing. The view from our window wasn't great but we weren't there to see the city from our hotel window. The breakfast... More

Great location but wouldn't rate this Hotel as 4 stars. Maybe the Italians hand out star ratings at the drop of a hat. Whilst room was clean and modern, a very poor quality renovation shows through. Badly painted walls, missing power points, detached bathroom vent, faulty air con. The common areas have been full of renovation waste and storage for... More

When we arrived at the hotel we entered by the side door. This opened on to the lift and stairs. A alcove to the right led into another room and I could see the reception beyond this. At the reception I told the lady I wanted to check-in. At this point she looked at me and walked away. She then... More

We have just checked into the Hotel Trevi Collection, or at least tried to. We arrived at about 11:30am and were ignored for about the first five minutes at the reception despite several people at the desk and were told that we could not get our room till 14:30, fair enough but it had been booked for three months. We... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
