We stayed four nights in Rome and the hotel was perfect. It is close to Vatican city (10 minutes walk), public transports (train, bus) are close and the area around the hotel is not touristic, which we liked a lot. Very good Pizzeria next to the hotel. The rooms are totally fine (very modern) with a big bathroom. Wifi worked... More

We stayed here for 3 days in July 2012. The hotel is about ten minute walk from St. Peter's but very far from most of the cities attractions. For example it was about 40 minute walk to the Pantheon and longer for pretty much everything else. The staff gave us a map (which was worthless) and couldn't give us any... More

I stayed here for 3nts in July. Hotel staff were very helpful and really friendly. Location was 5 minute walk from Vatican city and we could see the basilica from our balcony. We walked everywhere whilst in Rome and felt this was a great base to have. Rooms were very modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to San Pietro train station. You can walk to the Vatican and has a nice restaurant with great food next door. The staff is very friendly but not that informative about things like "where to eat" etc.. Overall, this hotel is in a pretty good location despite not being centrally located... More

The hotel is perfectly located, and this is the only good point about it. We arrived and the lady at the reception gave me the wrong room number and the master key so I entered in the room of somebody else. When we finally understood which one was our room, we realized that we booked and paid for a suite... More

It was not our intention to stay here, but the Hotel we had was overbooked. We could not book an additional night since they were booked. Staff was ok, one was excellent at front desk, SHE knew the area and where to find a laundromat. Rooms were modern, clean, restroom was spacious well maintained. Had to take metro/bus to the... The rooms is well appointed, large and clean. Some design flaws let it down - not well thought out. We did not like having to ask for things that should be provided without asking. Nor do we feel they should tell customers that they may not bring food or drink to the room as this, in my opinion, is a... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. In a good position near all the main sights which are easily reched by walking, bus or cab. Restaurants we tried nearby were all very good and not too expensive. Hotel staff are excellent - very helpful. Room perfect: modern & clean. Definitely recommend this.

On 29th march me, my boyfriend and his mum arrived to check in Hotel Gravina San Pietro for 3 nights only to be told that the second floor had flooded and there was no room for us. We were told we would have to stay at another hotel, apparently only 1 kilometre away but it wan more like 1/2 miles... More
