We chose the ESH based on strong reviews and that it was offered as a package on the BritishAirways sale. We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of January for my birthday with myself and my fiancé in one room and my mum and her partner in another. We were given room 309 which was absolutely lovely. Situated at... More

We stayed here from Monday 12th to Thursday 15th January, it's a lovely clean and spacious hotel. We walked into the city! All downhill and took 20 mins to do. The nearest metro is about a 5 min walk. Our room was fantastic! Very clean and warm. The shower room is also lovely. We went out for our meals but... More

I came here as part of a package deal with my partner & have to say, we were both very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the attentiveness of the staff, especially at the bar & the restaurant. The place is very clean & well maintained, the breakfast & dinner was fantastic (much better than any food we rustled... More

We stayed here as part of a Travelzoo deal-very nice hotel and very good rooms and facilities-about a 10 minute car journey from the Vatican. Good restaurant with a good 25euro fixed price menu that included half a bottle of wine. Breakfast was a good standard with plenty of choice .Zahid in the reception bar was welcoming and friendly-recommended.Being out... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel in January. Ideally located away from the noise of the city but with a bus stop outside the hotel gate or a 10 minute walk to the metro to reach the sights. Reception staff extremely helpful, zahid(barman) made us very welcome. Evening meals in roof top restaurant delicious and good value. Superior room was... More

Stayed with group and didnt try to take public transit but 15 Euro taxi ride from Rome centre is not bad. The hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast was OK - you can tell they offer it to those who really need to have more than a quick espresso and sweet roll. Best part for me was the quiet... More

Lovely service from a great team, it is located close to the Metro which leads to the city centre. Food was also wonderful, it is suitable for a family break as well as a girl's weekend away. There is no doubt that it's my choice when next I visit Rome.

We stayed here for four nights in late November 2014. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel itself and the quality of service to go with it. We were greeted by an extremely helpful receptionist, who made us feel very welcome and provided us with a handy map of the city which turned out to be essential for our... More

stayed here on a group tour. It is a modern and renovated hotel. It is not in the City Center, but it is not that far. Our room was large, clean and modern. The bed was hard but so is most in Europe. Our room was facing the side of the hotel so it was quiet and private. Good ventilation.Bathroom... More

Services were perfect, rooms were comfy, clean and neatly arranged. I went there with my two bestfriends and we had a great time. The food was delicious and the hotel location was accessible to all public transport. My stay altogether was phenomenal.
