Stayed for 4 nights as two couples in a two bedroom apartment. The location was perfect, being walking distance to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly including dinner at Marios, breakfasts which were in the restaurant or delivered to our room if we were going out early. Within 5 to... More

As we went only for a weekend, location was really important to us. This hotel-suite located very close to the Spanish stairs, 15 minutes walk from the Penthaon, 15 minutes walk to piazza di popolo and 15 minutes walk to the Colloseum. The room is very nice and has a small (very small) kitchen, with a mini-bar and Nespresso machine,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during a long weekend in Rome. The location is fantastic right near the Spanish steps so amongst all the designer shops and restaurants. The rooms are a very good size and well equipped. Staff are lovely, breakfast was great every morning I would recommend their omelettes. Lastly the location means you can walk to... More

We had the studio apartment...Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, clean....everything you would want when looking for accommodation in a city, only downside was that there was no wi-fi available but other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

My Wife and I spent 4 days here in April 2013. This is infinitely better than a hotel, the suites were large, extremely quiet, and extremely relaxing after a day walking around Rome. The breakfast is in the restaurant, which at night is truly wonderful, they make you an omelette, Coffee, fruit etc. Really sets you up for the day,... More

we came to the Guest house as we were not impressed with the hotel that we had actually booked to begin with. This was heaven in comparison. Bed was comfortable. hte place was clean and we had our choices of juices and coffee in the morning with complimentary breakfast in the restaurant next door if we wanted it. Situated in... More

Having just returned I had to write. We arrived early and our deluxe room wasn't available, to our delight we were upgraded to the stunning penthouse apartment. Super modern with more room than you can imagine. Huge shower, flat screen tv's, 2 terraces (perfect for our lazy Sunday breakfast). Robes, slippers and nespresso coffee for added luxury. A sauna too!!... More

Suite Della Vite is a little jewel in the heart of the city. Situated on a narrow cobblestone street near the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, it is a perfect home base for exploring the wonders of Rome. Annette was a wonderful and gracious hostess, and she went out of her way to provide everything we needed and more.... More

This place is fab, clean, relaxed and very central for all the key soots in Rome. The owners we by welcoming and friendly and breakfast just cracking. If you like being pampered then don't come here as it is a really hands off place but if you want a great base and the freedom to just come and go as... More

It's difficult to describe why this place doesn't work. It's like staying in a friends flat whilst they are away. It doesn't feel like a guest house, or an apartment, or a hotel.service is remote, there's no one around and having to wander into a busy restaurant every time you need something is rather uncomfortable.it is clean and well located... Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
