The hotel is located within walking distance from Vatican City, which is greatly connected by public transportation to the rest of Rome. I got a single room which is quite small, (bed is the same size as the double room occupied by my family.) There is TV and a very slow WiFi connection, as well as a fridge. Service is... More

Nice hosting. They helped me so much. Room is too small but price and quality balance is great. Too cheap for that kind of quality. Room's size enough for one person not for a family. Rooms are clean. Water is not hot in shower thats the only problem.

The hotel is situated only 10 minutes walk away from the Vatican City yet slightly far away from the Rome city centre. Room was clean and with air conditioning. The staff were super helpful- suggested to us what to do in Rome even we didn't ask him to do so! Breakfast was included in the bill however it was only... More

I only had one night and the hotel is very very close to the Vatican city walking distance. The hotel is also close to two metro stations Octavia no and lepanto. The area is very safe too and well lite. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean and good bed. The room was however... More

Only good thing about this place it's location and comfortable bed. Room was small with super small bathroom (broken mirror). Terrible WI-FI signal (working only on corridor by reception). No promised mini bar (only broken stinky fridge). Nothing for breakfast... only small pastry, one crouton(?!) some marmalade plus drink?! When I asked about something else to eat, receptionist told me... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Rome, this was the cheapest hotel we found in our European Budget Trip. It was located within 10 minutes walking distance to the Vatican, and near Lepanto Metro Station, the area seem good, there are some good restaurants nearby. The room was a little awkward, it wasn't a square but... More

The hotel was very nice. Close to the Vatican City and the main shopping streets in Rome. The rooms were small but clean and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast is all and the same every day - a croissant with coffee and a jam. Reccomend it because of its location.

This hotel is in a good location for seeing the Vatican and is also located close to a metro stop. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was very small and a little bit noisy in the mornings but the room was clean. I sometimes found it hard to get hot water in the shower as it... More

My husband and I stayed here in March 2012 and enjoyed our stay enough to book again for our recent return. This is a great hotel for anyone who doesn't mind being a little out of the way from the major attractions and especially for those who enjoy walking. The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood about a 15... More

I chose this place because it was very near to a place I had to go to in Rome. We stayed in a double "executive" room although I have to say that it was rather cramped and perhaps it was a single room with a double bed in it. Luckily we only stayed for one night. However it was clean... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
